Chasing the Dream on a Market Friday
The saying goes something like putting your money where your mouth is. Well I am sure doing that. In fact I am putting too much money on a crazy dream, but that is how life goes I guess.
I Am in the Market for a Trailer
So in my crazy mind, somehow I have convinced myself that paying more for a trailer than it would cost for the pros to move me is in my best interest. I have heard it said before that we are a rational species. IOW we can rationalize any crazy thing at all to make sense to us if that is what we really want to do LOL.
Have you ever considered how much there is to learn about any certain subject. You think to your self trailers are pretty cut and died, not much to know about that... Ha! I beg to differ! I thought the same way until I started to dig into it deeper.
For example this is OSB or Oriented Strand Board. Some folks prefer it, others think plywood is the better choice. Of course some brands offer better, more, or less trim.
Some trailers have seams on the side like these, while others are one smooth piece that is better for placing signage onto.
Of course this model is painted steel. It is strong but heavy and prone to rust.
So we ventured further in search of our perfect trailer. Here is yet another place with some nice lookers...
Did I mention there is a big demand for these. Like any single thing here in the US there is a shortage of trailers. There is a shortage of materials to build them. Oh and did I mention a general shortage of laborers to build them. When these are gone, they wont be stocked till after January.
Hey I like that two tone one. Just my size, a 7x14. Oh all aluminum, primo! Even aluminum fenders and wheels. Cuts down the weight but over 400 pounds and doesnt rust...and doesnt come cheap of course.

I love the concept of #MarketFriday and how our cultures differ and then again, how much they are alike. Rituals, Festivals, food, architecture, even your language/languages. Along with the fact of what is normal for where you live? these are unwritten rules that rule our social behaviors. I see this as allowing for increased tolerance between cultures and nations, and opportunities to come together on an even playing ground. A strong culture can be beneficial to a country as it promotes unity, especially during a crisis, peaceful debate, and open dialogue. I had hoped that posting here will familiarize you with the world around you just a little bit more. Viewing it from a more personal level as opposed to the newsworthy level gives me a better understanding of the people and a view that is often not seen on National television.
