Quitting YouTube and Why
Why are so many big channels quitting YouTube? I think I have some ideas why so many folks are calling it quits on YouTube.

▶️ 3Speak
I think a lot of it is for attention. Where are they gonna go?
Even 3Speak can’t match what they would normally be earning.
Unless you pursuing as a career move, placing time and money into content 'fitting into the YouTube box' many will move finding it tedious after a long time as an individual.
Yes indeed. Unless you become a YouTube star, the earnings are not going to be enough to overly motivate a lot of effort. I would say it is much like here, at least how I look at my experience. Yes some rewards is very nice, for doing something I love to do. If I looked at Hive as a job, then it would not be worth the effort for the compensation.
Too many rules to follow with YouTube, other than grinding away 24/7 to obtain a following, very few make the numbers to create full time.
Passive earnings and enjoyment, that's Hive, real life still requires loads of concerted effort before it may flourish into more favourable earnings.
