BUDGET MEAL OF THE DAY

Hello food lovers!

Let me introduce to you the pandemic budget meal that will satisfy your hunger.

Since the government was given most of the time a can of sardines, I saw people posting about sardines. I love it and craving so much.

What I did?

I bought 1 can of sardine and so lucky that I found it here. I cooked it with spinach. (alugbati in Filipino)

Finished and ready to eat.

How to cook it?

Once you cook food, it must be with love. Even how cheap is your food, it will become so delicious if you cook it with feeling.

Ingredients:

I can of sardine

Family brand means 1 for the whole family but this time I'm alone.

Garlic, onions and ginger finely chopped.

Alugbati leaves, fresh and clean.

Tomatoes for a better sauce.

Procedure

Saute the ginger and garlic until brown in a small amount of oil.

Adding the finely chopped onion until golden brown.

Adding tomatoes and the sauce of the sardines.

Add the remaining sardines with sauce. Boil for 5 minutes.

For the final touch, add the leaves, add salt to taste and remove from heat quickly.

This is how it looks, the leaves became little.

Done! and let's eat with white rice or bread.
