FIRST FATHER'S DAY CELEBRATION WITHOUT MY MOTHER

Belated fathers day to all fathers.

I'm not feeling well for two days until now but I miss posting and share all what I have in my mind and heart.

To my father, I called him through a long-distance call and greeted him. I learned that my sister made a little celebration. My father was so emotional since it was the first Father's day without my mother. We knew he missed our mother.

He celebrated the day with his only brother who stays with him.

I'm so thankful to my sister who sent money for the little celebration.

We are all 6 siblings but only two who were there. We are living in different places away from him.

About my father

My father is 70 years old now. He raised up through farming. He also worked before as a chef cook. He is a very good father to us who gave us a good life despite being a poor family. The happiness we shared together when we were young. He never hurt us but disciplined us by words. When we did wrong, he never hurt us but talked us gently. He has the opposite behavior of my late mother.

He is a kind loving father to us. When my mother worked in the city, he was the one who took care of my youngest siblings a girl and a boy. He was the one who.cooked foods and washing the clothes. He did all the responsibility of a mother. That is why he deserved our love and respect.

He is also a good eldest son of my grandmother. My grandmother was a blind bedridden patient who stayed at home. There's no one who cared for my grandmother except my father with the helped of my mother. It was 9 years of sacrifices my father rendered to his mother.

When my mother was sicked and turned bedridden too, it was my father who looked up my mother until the last day of her life. It took two years ago until my mother died.

My father is such a good example to us and we love and salute him.
