How I Celebrate Christmas in The Desert?

The challenging December 25, 2023 had passed by successfully celebrated by some of my friends and family back home. Looking all their party satisfied me but homesickness was not avoided I went up in the rooftop to feel the cold breeze of the wind in the afternoon.

Captured the sun before it slowly going down. I was so happy that I had a vacant hour going upstairs. Missing my family and love ones triggered pain in my heart. Inhale and exhale the cold air and atmosphere coincides my emotion. Making memories as years went by quickly. I meant it all about the days the sun and the even the moon at night. I also saw the morning star and the other stars were not seen because of the street light are lighted every night. There was no pleasure, emptiness filled my life. I told myself, how long could I stay like this? This is my life, I even felt hungry watching all the foods they prepared for the Christmas eve. Well, I was grateful for the blessings they shared together. Happiness filled my heart for them all.

At Night

Waiting for 7pm at night and was 12 midnight in the Philippines to hear fireworks display but there was nothing I heard. I remember the past year, someone sent me firework popping in the air. I missed it.

December 25, 2023 fullmoon was called as cold fullmoon. It is the last full moon of the year 2023. I got the chance capturing the moment it went up.

The more it looks so nice, the moon when I took a picture from the garden. This is how I celebrated my Christmas Day and Night. The important things, they are all happy at home.
