March 3 2024 UPDATE - Monthly Check Up /Death Anniversary
I am aware of getting older and life structures are vulnerable. I am free from any health care benefits in this country under the contract of my employer. Thanks God for this benefits. Free medication and all. Once again I visited the hospital. I want to be sure about my blood pressure and blood sugar. I am also aware of getting lost some weight to reduce my fats. My body structure is like my grandmother who is chubby during her younger years it now that she is 97 years old she slowly lost weight.
The reflecting fiber glass wall of the hospital looked so cool with the building surrounding it with the people and car.
After listed in the information counter, I got my Bp and diabetic test. Thanks God its normal.
I will do this monthly since I have my record to visit my Doctor. My doctor is in room 4 and before it was number 2. January it was room 8.
Mother's 4rth Death Anniversary
My family back home had a thanksgiving dinner with vigil from the church members. Even before my parent were alive they have monthly prayer meeting at home. So bad that they never had picture but I talked my siblings.
They are my sibling, our youngest brother who younger than my son. The girl is my 47 years old first sister who are taking care of my parent and grandmother before they returned to heaven.
This is my 97 years old lola
My sister now is taking care of our 97 years old lola. I want to help her coming here to work in Saudi but God has wonderful plan for her responsibility of our parent and grandmas.
She is the one who work all the papers of our land and whatsoever legal processes.
I am also cooking g biko for my mother's death anniversary. We lo e our parents.

Glad that your sister is the one taking care of the family, a very reliable and trustworthy person is what we all need in our families.
