[ESP - ENG] Sopa de res para la familia // Beef soup for the family

Aquí te dejo la manera de como preparo una rica sopa de hueso rojo de res con mucha verdura, preparada para disfrutarla en familia.
Here's how I prepare a delicious red beef bone soup with lots of vegetables, ready to enjoy with the family.
- 1 Kilo de hueso rojo
- 2 Kilo de verduras (Auyama, Chino, Yuca, Ñame, Ocumo)
- 1 Cubito
- Sal al gusto
- 1 Cebolla
- Aceite vegetal
- Ají dulce
- Onoto en polvo
- 1 Cabeza de ajo
- 1 Rama de cebollin
- 1 Rama de perejil
- Orégano
- 1 Kilo of red bone
- 2 Kilo of vegetables (Auyama, Chino, Yucca, Yam, Ocumo)
- 1 cube
- Salt to taste
- 1 onion
- Vegetable oil
- Sweet chili
- Onoto powder
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 sprig of onion
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Oregano
En un envase colocas el kilo de hueso rojo, lavándolo con abundante agua, dejas escurrir para el siguiente paso.
Place the kilo of red bone in a container, wash it with abundant water and let it drain for the next step.
En una olla se agregas agua con 1/2 cucharada de sal, se mueve dejando hervir hasta que los huesos estén totalmente blandos, luego saco los huesos del agua con un cucharon para una olla nueva, dejando que se concentre la capa de grasa arriba para retirarla, conservando el caldo.
In a pot you add water with 1/2 tablespoon of salt, stir and let it boil until the bones are completely soft, then remove the bones from the water with a spoon to a new pot, letting the fat layer concentrate on top to remove it, keeping the broth.
Agregas un poco de agua limpia, agregando los siguientes condimentos: 1 cucharada de sal, 1 cucharada de orégano, 1 cubito maggi, onoto el polvo y por ultimo el caldo que conservaste.
Add a little clean water, adding the following seasonings: 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of oregano, 1 maggi cube, onoto powder and finally the broth that you preserved.
Lavas la cebolla, el cebollin y los ají dulces, picando todo para sofreírlo con aceite vegetal, después se agrega a los huesos ya condimentados, dejando hervir.
Wash the onion, chives and sweet peppers, chopping everything to fry it with vegetable oil, then add it to the bones already seasoned, letting it boil.
Le retiras las conchas a todas la verduras(auyama, ocumo, yuca, chino, ñame), lo picas en cuadro pequeños y agregas a la sopa dejando hervir 20 minutos aproximadamente hasta que las verduras estén listas.
Remove the shells from all the vegetables (auyama, ocumo, yuca, chino, ñame), chop them in small squares and add them to the soup and let it boil for about 20 minutes until the vegetables are ready.
Esta rica sopa esta mas que lista para probarla, aquí les dejo una foto de mis princesas disfrutando de su plato con una sonrisa, espero les guste.
