The beaches of the city of Cumaná, capital of the state of Sucre-Venezuela, are an excellent natural environment to exercise the body, on this occasion, we carry out the processes of meditation, body warm-up and yoga, in front of the Gulf of Cariaco, in order to develop flexions and turns of the torso to strengthen the muscles, being those of the waist very favored. As we know, they are located in the center of the body and help us stand, walk, jump, that is, they are essential for body mobility. We can strengthen various muscles of the body, but if we do not do it with those of the waist, the body weakness will be very noticeable, in that sense, working them with push-ups and turns, we strengthen the trunk, we also avoid back pain, we obtain better performance in our sports actions and in daily life, we help balance the body and improve posture, in that order of ideas, let me recommend an asana that offers mobility of the waist, therefore the strengthening of the trunk from the kneeling position, I mean KatiChakrasana or bending and turning the torso backwards, extending one arm downwards, resting the hand on the heel of the opposite side, while placing the other arm laterally.

The aforementioned asana is very good for strengthening the muscles of the waist and back, releasing muscle tension in them, we improve the digestive and respiratory processes, it balances the body and makes the muscles more flexible, relieves back pain, minimizes depression and calms the mind. By performing this asana, which is reiterated to be effective for proper posture, we will verify its importance to continue improving physical and mental health.Successes.

Next, in front of the Gulf of Cariaco, on the beaches of the city of Cumaná, prior to the body warm-up process, we meditate to relax, calm the mind and reflect, in such a distinguished space, we will do so by applying the following posture; While kneeling, we flex the torso, leaning forward with the forearms and hands together, on the mat.

In order to achieve good performance, avoid injuries, make muscles and joints more flexible, we proceed to warm up the body for 12 minutes, resting 10 seconds for every two minutes of them, to begin to balance ourselves and generate peace, in addition to starting to strengthen the muscles of the back, abdomen, arms and legs. The mentioned exercises are: Being in the standing position with a straight back, after separating the legs, we place the arms in a cross, then we exercise the torso by turning it gently from right to left and vice versa, then we proceed to flex it backwards.
