Morning combos of front and flat to failure 🤯 | Combos mañaneros de front y plancha al fallo 🤯

Greetings everyone. I hope you're all doing well today. I wanted to share my morning workout with you, where I did some front-level combos and a bit of full planche. These are combos I've practiced before, but not that much. I decided to record them to check my form and other technical details, and I have to admit, I think they turned out pretty well.
During the warm-up, I realized I was a little tired from the previous day, as I did some activation exercises that left my back feeling a bit sore. Even so, it wasn't anything too bad, and while I did have a slight strain, it wasn't too much—kind of like when you sleep poorly and wake up with a slight neck ache. That's what I felt during the workout, but it wasn't going to stop me from doing this type of combo, which gives me both the control I need and the precision I'm looking for.
The front-level combo I did consisted of two rotating pull-ups followed by three supinated pull-ups. These types of exercises tend to be quite demanding when I'm doing front-level drills, but that doesn't mean I'll do them for you; in fact, quite the opposite. They're very demanding, but at the same time, they've given me the mastery to always be able to do a pull-up or some other exercise, which has helped me to be able to do a front-level drill whenever I want, whether I'm tired, rested, fatigued, or in any other state.
The planche is very different; I don't usually tire myself out as much on a full planche, since it's an exercise I've worked on a lot, and I consider that just the isometric version doesn't fatigue me as much as the isometric version of a touch. Even so, I try to avoid holding it for too long or letting my excitement and ego get the better of me and make me do a press or a push-up, thus ending what is already fatigue-free and turning it into something truly exhausting. That's all for today.
I hope you enjoyed my workout. Likewise, I'll continue to upload a bit of my workout routine every day so you can follow along and get motivated to train too. Thank you so much for your support.
