Owari no Seraph

[ENG]
I remember seeing a reel of this particular anime man and saying in that moment,"I'm definitely seeing this". Till the day I finally get uninterested about anime (I doubt if I will!), I bless the day I decided to watch anime. I was a critic. I won't lie and come here and act all worthy. People who knew me then would call me a hypocrite now.I didn't like anime before. I didn't hate it though cause I watched pokemon and some episodes of Naruto with my cousin(they weren't up to two episodes). I never just understood how people got obsessed with them but like I said earlier,I am a hypocrite. Cause I couldn't really explain or understand why I was so so obsessed with reading books at that time".

Owari no seraph in Japanese means "Seraph of the end". It's an awesome anime filled with action, drama, and a touch of supernatural elements.

The story revolves around a post-apocalyptic world where vampires have taken over and humans are enslaved. Our main protagonist is Yuichiro,an orphan who belonged to the orphanage. A certain night Yuu and his family planned to escape the vampire world in which they were forcefully brought against their will. They didn't make it. Yuu, with his eye watched a noble vampire slaughter his family and his best friend(This scene made me so emotional). By some miracle,he finds his way to the outside human world and was found by vampire hunters, who took him in. Yuichiro is determined to seek revenge against the vampires who killed his family and friends.

Yuichiro undergoes a significant transformation throughout the story, from a hot-headed and impulsive teenager to a more mature and focused individual. The animation in "Owari no Seraph" is beautiful, with vibrant colors and fluid movements that really bring the characters and action scenes to life. The fight sequences are intense and well choreographed, keeping you on the edge of your seat.

The plot of "Owari no Seraph" is gripping, with plenty of twists and turns to keep you engaged. It delves into themes of friendship, loyalty, and sacrifice, making you emotionally invested in the characters' journey. The pacing is well-balanced, allowing for moments of intense action as well as quieter, character-driven moments.

"Owari no Seraph" is a fantastic anime that combines thrilling action, compelling characters, and a captivating storyline. If you're a fan of post-apocalyptic settings, supernatural elements, and epic battles, i definitely recommend it.

A quick notice!!! Owari no seraph hasn't been completely animated yet. I doubt they'll even plan on finish the anime but it was a very lovely anime.

No mentiré y vendré aquí y actuaré dignamente.

Never watched this show and it's one of those that I may probably liked if I started but not at the moment. The premise was just ordinary for me so it was a pass.

Yeah,it was like any other shonen anime to be honest. Like the storyline of demon slayer but simpler a bit w some confusing explanations and stuff like that. If you ever want something chill to watch, I'd suggest you watch this though,it was one of my first animes and it was really good.

I watched this anime precisely because of the massacre that happened in the first episode, it gave me a lot of pain and I had to know what would happen next, I ended up liking it more than I thought, although I don't follow the manga anymore, I don't remember where I left it haha

Even so, it was an anime which I enjoyed a lot when it was released, so much that I went straight to read the manga to know how the story continued and it has a lot of very convincing twists.

It's so sad they had refused to finish animating the anime... I remember tearing up cause I wanted more of it😞

I understand you perfectly, the same thing happened to me with Korean dramas, I used to say "I will never watch that, I don't like it" and I saw one that I really liked hahahaha.... On the other hand, I've never seen this series, so thanks for sharing!

You're very very welcomee! It's an amazing show honestly. I dabble in the industry of Kdramas too. One thing I've learnt is never to criticize any genre or type of movie or show cause they all have potential to blow your mind up!

I remember watching it last year and how much I loved how they managed to develop each character, the story, the moments they have and the encounters and situations they face. With an introduction that hits you and hooks you from an instant, this anime fascinated me and it was quick for me to watch it in its entirety.

The animation is good, the characters too, the way they relate to each other, the jokes and the fact that there is not much or almost no "fanservice" is what I like the most. Also, The battles are not far behind either, there are very good ones worth mentioning, like the one at the end.

Your review is very good.

@nattosenpai thankyou so much for your nice words. Seraph of the end was my best anime that year and yes like you said, it's fan service is low and that makes it better! Fans, they're terrible sometimes 😞... Take JJK for example, right now,I have no idea where that anime is going to. The hype from fans is just too much and through out the 17 years of my life, there's something I've learnt. If something's overhyped,it loses its value easily or ends up being shitty. Life is just like that sometimes.1
