Maybe the problem could be that we are selling get rich with crypto more than get free with crypto so the newbies get disappointed and can be influenced by the media and government.
Yet, I think that sells better, so not blaming anyone.

You have a point here, a lot of people get into crypto with the mindset of getting rich quickly only to be disappointed when things goes west.
And then they leave and swore never to come back until they hear people are making it big again
