Ideas for HE Token Markets

I have two ideas for the Hive Engine token markets that I think would improve user experience, functionality, and add a couple more elements of utility. That being said I have no idea how difficult implementing the ideas would be so I'm just tossing them out there to the community.

Idea #1

This is probably the simpler of the two to implement so I will lead with it. I think it would be incredibly useful to be able to input the price of the token you wanted to buy, like normal, and then have the option to put the total amount of Hive you wanted to spend into the total box and have it calculate the amount of tokens you would buy. This would still allow people who wanted to buy 'x' number of tokens to put the amount of tokens in and have the total Hive calculated, but it would eliminate the step of having to do the math for people who wanted to buy 'x' amount of Hive worth of the token.

Idea #2

I think it would be incredibly cool, and useful, to be able to have the option to be able to list buy and sell orders in dollar amounts, similar to the price/bcx function for splinterlands cards, and have the price in Hive adjust dynamically according to the price of Hive. For example if you list a token for 0.25 USD/token while Hive is priced at .75 USD it would list at .3 Hive/token. If Hive then fell to .50 USD it would dynamically change the Hive price to .5 Hive/token. I'm not sure how difficult this would be to implement however I do believe it would be beneficial.

Yes I think about this topic a lot, and although have had several ideas, the question of how it can be decentralized always comes up. We should look to the most innovative technologies, to implement solutions for privacy as well as decentralization. How can we protect our chain from attack? What creative solutions can we find for (elephant in the comments) and other problems that Hivvers experience?

I like your first idea, often I want to spend a certain amount of Hive and have to reverse calculate. Improved UI will make a huge difference for new user experience on the platform. Hive can still be somewhat glitchy and confusing, so any new token market should consider making it as simple as possible to swap. As I said, I have had a few ideas about this that I want to try.

When you want to do these conversions it is helpful to use this link https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/hive

The way it is now, you must enter the quantity of the token you want, adding until the Hive amount matches what coingecko says. To get at least $1 of LEO I should round up and buy 4 probably. I agree it would be helpful to have the choice to enter orders the opposite way. More HBD/H-E pairs would be great to have in decentralized pools.
