Everyone wants cheap bitcoin and crypto until they are actually cheap
Speaking from a little bit of experience here, some of my friends and many other people will come up with reasons or excuses like am not into crypto yet because I can not afford it and it is too expensive right now, I wish I got in earlier or my personal favorite, I wish it could just come down a bit and am going to buy no matter what but here we are today, for weeks and even months of a huge crypto bear market or cycle with a lot of dips here and there, which means cheap or even cheaper Bitcoin and Crypto prices.
And still, they have not made any move to buy any coin (I mean coins with utility, not shitcoins) and they now come up with another set of reasons or excuses why they can not buy right now again, which are the prices have fallen too much, what if it goes to zero, it is too volatile, I can not buy or invest in something that is this volatile and all that kind of stuff, and am like you guys literally said the price was too expensive and wished that it will come down or be cheaper so you would buy and now it cheap, bitcoin has dropped more than 60% from its all-time high, that to me is a very huge discount price to buy from and a gift actually, but you guys are still not buying, what do you guys want really?.
Last year during the Bitcoin and general crypto market pump, many people who said they wished Bitcoin and some notable altcoins were cheaper when Bitcoin was at its all-time high in November 2021, were honestly just suffering from huge FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) because they saw other people making money from the bull run and they were not making money from it. Now Bitcoin is very cheap and has dragged the price of altcoins down with it but they are not buying anything. When Bitcoin gets to another all-time high again, they will start wishing again, that the price should fall and the cycle continues because they won't still buy when the price drops.

Exactly.
And cheap can get cheaper, regardless right now is already way better than when everyone was going crazy FOMO in.
Yes, the smart ones are taking advantage of it while some are scared too.
