Friends, Family, and Loved ones are the worst customers ever, Do You Agree?

Honestly, I can beat my chest and say YES on this one because I have experienced it a lot and I would say it is not nice or good for business in my opinion, in fact, I should say it is very bad for business, especially for businesses that are still trying to kick off from the ground or start-ups, although not all friends, family, and loved ones are bad customers but the majority of them are terrible customers, especially the ones who expect that you should do everything free them or some will tell you to do family and friends discount for them when you make the mistake of agreeing to their terms they would offer to pay half the price of whatever they bought or are paying for some even offer to pay you peanuts for your services which is very annoying and sometimes might make you regret doing business with them in the first place.

I would advise that when it comes to businesses or any financially related stuff please do not mix it with pleasure or family sentiments because in my opinion that is the fastest way to kill your business or make your business not to grow, there is a friend of mine who I envy so much for his ability not giving a fu*k, ones it comes to business or any financial related stuff he keeps family sentiments very far until the business between them is done, some people might think that is bad and wrong but it works for him and I might start doing it this year, in fact, I am going to start doing it this year because I am tired of cheating myself in the name of family sentiments or family and friends discount.

My last experience of last year has taught me a lot and that made me come to the conclusion that I would start keeping family and friends' sentiments far away from my business or anything I do, in my experience with one of my extended family members who knew I was giving him the best price for the services I was about to render for him but still wanted me to reduce the price just because we a family, until a friend of his told him that he won't get the services I was about to render for him at that price anywhere else that he is even lucky I gave that price, and he told his friend that he knows but he just wants to take the price lower because am family, which is so unfair, I was so upset when I overheard their conversation then I told him he should go elsewhere that I am not interested in rendering that service anymore and he started begging for the initial price I told him.
