God manifested from the Flesh through Lord Jesus Christ.
The Church of God is still the Church of God even if Lord Jesus Christ said "I will build my Church on the Rock" it still can't be Church of Christ because God was the one talking through Christ.
Daniel 9:19 O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do; defer not, for thine own sake, O my God: for thy city and thy people are called by thy name.
The church is the Church of God, even if Lord Jesus Christ said "I will build my Church"
Hebrews 3:4 For every house is builded by some man; but he that built all things is God.
In the Old Testament, God has already told Moses that He would send someone, if the person talk, God talks
Deuteronomy 18:18 I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.
So, when Lord Jesus Christ said "I will build my Church" God was the one talking.
Church Church belong to God, even Christ is Christ of God.
