I have no idea why footballers gets injured when answer their country's call. Most players get injured at the international match or at training even before the match start. Thomas Partey went to Ghana and got injured, even if he's been an injury prone before now, how about Ronald Federico Araújo da Silva that's not an injury prone was injured at the international match and once they discover that they are injured, they would send them back to the club that they play for, so this is where I don't understand why country has power more than the club that take care of them when they are injured and still pay them their weekly dues.
Maybe FIFA should change the method; once they get injured at the country, the country should treat them well before sending them back to the club that they play for since it's not at the club that they get injured and the country should get them checked well as soon as they arrive in other to confirm of they are injured before they arrive so they won't be treating them with their own money and club side should also do the same thing. I count it as a cheating, the country has power more than the club side according to how FIFA made it, if that's how FIFA want it, then they should let the players gets treated where they are injured.
As Ronald Araújo was injured, two choices were left for him to choose, either to go for surgery or to be treated for few days and still get injured easily when playing marches but the best option is to get surgery, just that Uruguay don't want him to get surgery because of the upcoming World Cup but Barcelona that he is playing for want him to get surgery because that is the only way he can be useful for them in the future, even after surgery but Uruguay think they can manage him with the injury during the World Cup of which he can't enjoy himself. He can still make the World Cup if they take him along with the players that would play for Uruguay, he would be on his feet on a week to the World Cup starting week.
Samuel Umtiti don't want to be operated, he kept managing himself and unfortunately, he dropped form and was forced out of the team. When Ansu Fati don't want to be operated, he became an injury prone and as he see that he would just be benched always instead of playing regularly, he decided to go under operation. Barcelona has announced the successful operation of Ronald Federico Araújo da Silva, so I think it's a good decision made by him, at least he won't be an injury prone again since he still have future, he is just 23 years of age. Arsenal announced the successful operation of Emile Smith Rowe that always have Growing injury today as well.
