Nickname.

In my twenty one years of existing on planet earth, I've heard many nicknames, some too annoying to mention while others faded with time.

The first nickname I remember having was from my parents. For as long as I could walk and talk, my parents called me BABYGIRL, I don't know why they picked this very easy name but I do know my mum was extremely happy to finally get a female child after three boys. My dad wanted just two kids, a boy and a girl but ended up with six, five from my mum and my elder sister from his ex girlfriend 😉.
My mum was happy to get a daughter of her own so they started calling me babygirl.

Abimboscolelele

This sounds so funny and silly whenever I hear it, it was coined from my Yoruba name "Abimbola" by my nursery school teacher, my siblings brought the name home from school and till this day they call me that whenever they want to tease me.

I don't see you moving

I'm not sure if I should be answering this as a nickname but my brother and his girlfriend won't stop calling me "I don't see you moving" since last year. I watched an animated comedy and kept repeating that line whenever they ask me a question or say something, "I don't see you moving, I don't see you moving" and there's this silly intonation used (you may have seen the comedy), I'm known to be the most unserious (clown) sibling so silly things stick easily.

I haven't given anyone a nickname personally but I've helped pick a nickname for a friend, in my secondary school days. My seatmate was a very beautiful dark skinned girl so I and my other seatmate picked the name "Lady black" for her.
