RIGHT NETWORK 1 ~ Understanding Connections.

Hello beautiful people. There is a goal in mind when it comes to personal development and leadership, it is to become all that you are destined to be, soul, body and spirit. This is the basic building block that is needed to achieve all we are personate about.

I strongly feel that the availability of a robust network of people ranging from family to friends to colleagues and professionals.

Now, the more you read or hear of a matter, the more it makes impact on your, that is why you must revisit this topic as often as you can because we will be discussing some very powerful things here. It is the key to mastering everything you learn and as such as you read, you will also practice it often. This will persuade your mind and body to master the tips, master the basic, master the intricacies involved in it.

With that out of the way, let's get into the topic, we want to find out what the right network means, what it entails and how to build one. We must understand that human beings are relational beings, we cannot exist in isolation for a very long time as it will alter our chemistry and psychology completely. We are tailor made for relationships and as is the case, we first exist in a family where we learn the basics of relationship and how it works, what friendship is all about, the intricacies it offers, how to handle the good and bad sides of the journey and as we grow we are introduced to other people, relations, friends and even complete strangers in school, and so on.

Have you seen a human in isolation? The fact that they cannot find someone else to talk to, they soon forget what it means to be human, our interdependence nature is what makes humanity work because no one is an island. We all need each other if we are to scale up and grow into our potentials.

You see, it will be that many of the steps you take will be tied to the next person you know and relate with and at the same time, the next level of someone else is tied to another person. That being said, our interactions and interconnection should not be taken light or done casually or randomly. We must be intentional about our connections and those people who make up our network because we need the right people who will contribute to our growth and the attainment of that which we seek desperately to achieve.

In a way, this sounds selfish or self-centered but when you look at it carefully, whatever we turn out to be in life and society depends greatly on those who influence us the most and this includes our immediate circle. That means we are justified to be careful when picking out people we deem worthy to join out network. These people must be of like minds, they can think together as a group and also align to achieve their network goals. Ideas that you hear often from your network will gradually move from your conscious mind to your subconscious mind where they will become grounded, forming habits and thought patterns and end up changing your living paradigms.

Let's take a closer look at networking.

In simpler terms, it is simply the exchange of information and ideas among people irrespective of age, class or race with a common, personal, spiritual, romantic or professional interest. Networking begins with a particular reason, something to achieve a cause and as time progresses, it expands its tentacles to involve others things that will broaden those interests and make them worth while in the end.
