Outdoor stretching exercises.
Today I had the nice visit of María Celeste who came to take some pictures for her social media. She loves stretching and yoga and wanted some photos of her workouts.
Why do a boring photo shoot in the living room when we can be creative?
I told Maria Celeste to go up to the roof of the building and take those photos under the beautiful blue evening sky. Doing meditation exercises outdoors is very stimulating and therapeutic.
It took us only a minute to get on the roof and Maria Celeste started her basic stretches and then increased the intensity of her exercises, she is very flexible and has a perfect command of balance. The breeze was not a problem for her and she kept her concentration in every posture she did.
At the end she explained to me the benefits of each posture and why she chose them for these outdoor photos and the difference from the routines indoors or the gym. I have a lot to learn from her, she is an expert on this subject and I confess that I was very excited to hear everything she had to say about this lifestyle.
I hope she comes back soon and we repeat more evenings like this one where I can also learn more about this lifestyle and improve my physical condition with these exercise routines.
