Hola amigos, gracias a Dios, después de 4 días de ardua labor, por fin logré terminar de arreglar la lavadora de mi casa, de verdad, esta reparación fue bastante larga, porque en la medida que iba trabajando iban apareciendo más detalles, fíjate que lo que me motivó a desarmar esta lavadora, fue para corregir un leve ruido que salia por la zona de la transmisión y también quise aprovechar este trabajo para hacerle mantenimiento a la tina.

En realidad el ruido de la lavadora era leve, este ruido era similar a los rodamientos cuando pierden el lubricante, por lo que decidí desarmar toda la lavadora para revisar todos sus componentes mecánicos como: El buje de bronce que une la transmisión con el tambor, el rodamiento tipo rache de la transmisión y las bocinas del eje, bueno amigos, esto era lo que pensaba hacer, pero, en la medida que iba desarmando la lavadora, al mismo tiempo aparecían otros detalles, incluso tuve que desarmar la transmisión y cambiar los sellos de fugas, en verdad, aparecieron detalles que no estaban en mis planes, pero bueno, gracias a Dios se me ocurrió desarmar esta lavadora porque si no lo hubiese hecho, el problema hubiese sido mayor.

Bueno amigos, después de desarmar la lavadora para tratar de ubicar el causante del ruido, me dí cuenta que tanto la tina como el tambor estaban llenos de lodo, la verdad fue, que me sorprendí al ver una capa gruesa de barro, así que mientras iba en la búsqueda del causante del ruido, al mismo tiempo aparecían otros detalles, los cuales tenía que corregir.

Al separar la transmisión del tambor, pude constatar que el buje de bronce que sirve de bocina entre estas dos partes, estaba muy deteriorado, incluso, presentaba unas rayas profundas en la parte plana, donde precisamente lleva una arandela de silicón la cual no estaba allí porque se había desintegrado ya que en en la bandeja de la base encontré restos de esta arandela, de manera que la fricción entre el buje y la transmisión era lo que estaba ocasionando el ruido.

La verdad es que en mis planes no estaba contemplado el desarme de la transmisión, pero cuando revisé la punta del tubo pude observar que salia unas gotas de aceite de color marrón, esto me decía que el aceite de la transmisión estaba contaminado, por lo que decidí desarmar la transmisión, aunque tenia otra opción, como la de drenar el aceite por el tapón, pero en realidad yo quería revisar las piezas internas de los engranajes, sobre todo revisar el engranaje y la bocina del eje, bueno amigos, abrir la transmisión fue una buena decisión, porque el aceite que tenia esta transmisión parecía barro, era un aceite marrón y pastoso, en la publicación anterior, pueden ver los detalles de esta reparación.
