Yesterday I had started this drawing, but after some bad news my spirits went down and I preferred not to continue until I was better. Today I decided to continue it, and I'm happy with the result since I've been wanting to create semi-realistic art a little bit more anime version, this has been the closest attempt to what I want. Although the creative theme is a bit weird, this character has a mix between elf, angel and vampire, I guess creativity has no limits hahaha xD. Without further ado, I'll share the process below.

¡Hola hivers! Bienvenidos de nuevo.
Ayer había empezado este dibujo, pero tras una mala noticia se me bajaron los ánimos y preferí no continuar hasta estar mejor. Hoy he decidido continuarlo, y estoy contenta con el resultado ya que he estado queriendo crear arte semi-realista un poco más versión anime, este ha sido el intento más cercano a lo que quiero. Aunque el tema creativo es un poco raro, este personaje tiene una mezcla entre elfo, angel y vampiro, supongo que la creatividad no tiene limites jajaja xD. Sin más preámbulos, comparto el proceso a continuación.
Starting with my sketch, I looked for a way to clean it up as best as possible, and so I started placing the base colors. I started painting the skin, this time using my watercolor brush with an opacity of 60, normally I mix the colors with a blending brush, but this time I didn't want to work like this because I wanted it to have some texture.
Then I continued with the hair, for this one I used a hair brush, something that I have been doing for the last two illustrations, before I used to take the time to do hair by hair, but this one started to make my work easier, so I was happy to use it more often. In the feathers I did use the watercolor brush again and did thread by thread to give that touch of the plumage.
Partiendo de mi boceto, busqué la forma de limpiarlo lo mejor posible, y así empecé a colocar los colores base. Comencé a pintar la piel, esta vez usando mi pincel de acuarela con una opacidad de 60, normalmente mezclo los colores con un pincel difuminador, pero esta vez no quise trabajar así porque quería que tuviera algo de textura.
Luego continué con el cabello, para este utilicé un pincel de cabello, algo que vengo haciendo desde hace dos ilustraciones, antes me tomaba el tiempo de hacer pelo por pelo, pero este me empezó a facilitar el trabajo, así que me dio gusto usarlo más seguido. En las plumas sí volví a usar el pincel de acuarela e hice hilo a hilo para dar ese toque del plumaje.
Well, it's too much to say that I really like to add halos to my illustrations, they give a good separation to the character from the background and make the illustration have a more mystical touch, (so to speak).
For the background I added my touch of paint strokes and also some feathers, also to finish the lips I added a touch of blood. This is the end, I hope you like it.
Bueno, sobra decir que me gusta mucho añadir halos a mis ilustraciones, dan una buena separación al personaje del fondo y hacen que la ilustración tenga un toque más místico, (por así decirlo).
Para el fondo añadí mi toque de trazos de pintura y también algunas plumas, también para terminar los labios añadí un toque de sangre. Este es el final, espero que les guste.
