The Art Journal is a visual diary or a creative journal in which we can experiment with different techniques to express feelings, emotions and creativity. We can use any kind of material, such as paper, paints and so on. I wanted to use mostly paper, so I make use of all the old magazines and newspapers I have at home.
El Art Journal es un diario visual o un diario creativo en el podemos experimentar con diferentes técnicas para expresar sentimientos, emociones y creatividad. Podemos usar cualquier tipo de material, como papel, pinturas y demás. Yo quise usar mas que todo papel, así le doy uso a todas las revistas y periódicos viejos que tengo en casa.

While I was in my room, thinking about what I could do, a drawing or an art journal, a thought that I had read some time ago came to my mind.
Estando en mi habitación, pensando en que podía hacer, si un dibujo o un art journal, me llegó a la mente un pensamiento que había leído hace un tiempo.
This thought, which I had kept for a long time, refreshed my memory. I was talking about the life of each person and that in a way, each person lives his world in his own way.
Este pensamiento, el cuál tenía guardado desde hace mucho, volvío a refrescar mi memoria. Hablaba sobre la vida de cada persona y que en cierto modo, cada persona vive su mundo a su manera.
Many will not understand it, but others will. This thought changed my way of living, because for me, it makes a lot of sense.

Muchos no lo entenderán, pero otros si. Este pensamiento cambio mucho mi manera de vivir, ya que para mi, tiene mucho sentido.

Each person is free to live their life the way they see fit, no matter what. So this thought opened my eyes at the time and taught me to really live my life, no matter what.
Cada persona es libre de vivir su vida de la forma en la que más le sea conveniente, sin importar nada. Así que este pensamiento me abrió los ojos en su momento y me enseñó a vivir mi vida realmente, sin importar nada más.
