Hello beautiful people! I hope you're all doing great and if you're not, you will be soon! I'm back to practice again, but this time in digital drawing with this art series called: "Practicing and improving in digital drawing". About three years ago I started a series in my blog, where I shared my practices in drawing, that to help me to speed up my hand and improve in drawing. So as I'm just starting to get started in digital drawing, what better way than to share all those practices I do in digital in my blog, as I did once with the traditional, so I can keep a vision or record of all my process to improve in this new world.

Hola gente bonita! Espero estén super bien todos y si no lo están, pronto lo estarán! Retomo nuevamente las practicas, pero esta vez en dibujo digital con esta serie de arte llamada: "Practicando y mejorando en el dibujo digital". Hace unos tres años atrás comencé una serie en mi blog, en donde compartía mis practicas en el dibujo, eso para ayudarme a agilizar la mano y mejorar en el dibujo. Así que como a penas estoy comenzando a iniciarme al dibujo digital, que mejor forma que compartir todas aquellas practicas que haga en digital en mi blog, como lo hice alguna vez con el tradicional, así puedo llevar una visión o registro de todo mi proceso para mejorar en este nuevo mundo.

It's becoming a habit to draw random things, to pass the time or just to capture some simple idea and have it as a reference for later. Not to mention that this in turn helps me to practice more things in digital.

Se esta volviendo una costumbre dibujar cosas random, para pasar el tiempo o simplemente para plasmar alguna idea sencilla y tenerla como referencia para más tarde. Sin dejar de mencionar que esto a su vez me ayuda a practicar mas cosas en digital.

You more than anyone know that I love drawing faces, it is something I enjoy very much and there is no other thing I draw more than faces, so in this drawing I made a face, well it is not a face as such, because it has no head and so on, but it is the essence of one, because it integrates the elements of a face itself.

Ustedes mas que nadie saben que amo demasiado dibujar rostros, es algo que disfruto mucho y no hay otra cosa que yo dibuje mas que los rostros, así que en este dibujo hice un rostro, bueno no es un rostro como tal, porque no tiene cabeza y demás, pero es la esencia de uno, porque integra los elementos de un rostro en sí.

I started making the initial sketch, looking to form a macabre or gloomy face, which in my opinion, what gives it that dark touch is that dark smile, along with the details in the eyes and others. I detail in a new layer all the initial sketch, leaving the line art in a clean way and then I go to give details to the whole illustration, for this I use the grayscale.

Comencé haciendo el boceto inicial, buscando formar un rostro macabro o tétrico, que en mi parecer, lo que le da ese toque oscuro es esa sonrisa tenebrosa, acompañado de los detalles en los ojos y demás. Detallo en una nueva capa todo el boceto inicial, dejando el line art de una forma limpia para luego irme a darle detalles a toda la ilustración, que para ello use la escala de grises.

Lastly I added the details of the blood and the white highlights to give a more vibrant touch to the illustration and that would be all folks. Every time my practices influence more and more the way I draw in digital and it's for the best, this practice looks so neat and detailed, I just love it.

Por ultimo agregue los detalles de la sangre y los destellos en blanco para darle un toque mas vibrante a la ilustración y eso seria todo amigos. Cada vez mis practicas influyen más en la forma que dibujo en digital y es para bien, esta practica se ve tan pulcra y detallada, simplemente amo.
