The rain is falling and I drink a coffee,
I look out of my window and think of you,
I remember your eyes, your hair and your skin,
and I see you in my mind next to me.

The afternoon is cold and rainy,
but my heart feels warm,
because in my mind I have you present,
and in my hands I still feel your scent alive.

Don't wait for me in the cold,
nor when the rain falls,
soon I'll be home again,
with you, my light, my beauty and my joy.

The rain keeps wetting my window,
the coffee makes me feel closer to you,
I remember you every moment, you are my constant thought,
and my heart that beats for your unceasing love.

Always remember that when the rain falls,
and I'm in front of my window, you'll be next to me,
and just like today, as I remember your eyes, your hair, and your scent,
with every drop of rain I remember you and join you in loving you.
