Coriander has a high content of vitamin A, B2, B1 and vitamin C; in conjunction with minerals such as: iron, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium; which makes it a necessary ingredient in our culinary preparations. Within its properties it is found that it is used to combat asthma and various stomach conditions. In the same way it is recommended to combat diabetes, constipation and fever; preparing medicinal infusions that alleviate the suffering of those who consume it.

Another of the properties of Coriander is that it can be used as an anti-inflammatory, its infusion can reduce bone pain; It also improves intestinal transit and helps combat constipation. In addition to all this, it has properties that allow it to fight infections caused by bacteria and bad breath...

One point to consider is that coriander should be consumed in small properties since it has properties that purge the stomach; that is why it is recommended to consume one or two leaves for culinary preparation. They recommend eating it directly from the plant that is as dehydrated by the sun as possible in order to preserve its essence and nutritional properties.

Coriander leaves are anti-inflammatory and have the ability to reduce pain from bone diseases, such as arthritis.
