Stress is known as a feeling of generalized tension that can be emotional or physical in origin and is caused by any event or thought that results in feelings of anger, sadness, or frustration. Stress is the way our body responds to situations that we cannot control. It affects all of us at some point in our lives, especially people who are used to having absolute control of their environment, and when something gets out of hand and they cannot control these people, they collapse due to tension and anguish.

Stress manifests itself acutely when our emotions are at the highest level, either because of an argument or when we manage to do something new, such as being the master of ceremonies at a graduation where we must address thousands of people attending the event, or when a shoe breaks when we walk down the street and we don't have a way to fix it.

There is also chronically produced stress caused by daily difficulties that sometimes cannot be solved immediately. Situations such as economic difficulties, problems in the work environment produce situations of prolonged stress causing health problems such as muscle tension, heart conditions, depression, to name a few.

Stomach problems such as diarrhea, constipation, memory deficit, muscle aches, intense headaches that turn into migraines or migraines; Lack of energy, inability to achieve concentration, insomnia, decay are another group of conditions caused by the load of tensions that trigger stress. In us is knowing how to cope with the turns of our environment without losing our cool.

As our body's primary reaction to moments of stress is the release of hormones that make our brain more alert to situations that arise in order to handle them favorably and be able to resolve them in the best possible way with the best of solutions. attitudes without falling into despair.

Since my transit through this earthly world I can tell you that I have gone through many stressful situations throughout my life; From family, work problems have been the main cause of many diseases that I have contracted such as spinal problems, migraines; and all because of not knowing how to speak on time and not expressing my opinion at certain times.

As a personal recommendation to combat stress, I can point out that since I decided to stop being silent and express myself when I don't like something, assert my opinion wherever I go; and that behavior has lessened the stress and tension in my life; In the same way, taking problems calmly and remembering that everything has a solution at some point became the main formula for learning to manage my moments of stress.

Another element that helps us combat stress is the love of our loved ones; That is why spending time with our family and friends, laughing and enjoying the moment makes us forget about moments of tension that cause us concern.
