Una final que desde mi punto de vista luce pareja, ya que ambos conjuntos en el terreno muestran roster muy parecidos en cuanto a ofensiva, pitcheo y defensiva, con peloteros a la altura del compromiso y experiencia comprobada; los dos primero juegos serán en Puerto la Cruz méritos que se ganaron los Caribes por haber sido los primeros clasificados a la final, y es alli donde esta el dilema, dos buenos manager que saben como hacer el trabajo, utilizar los lanzadores, y sacar el maximo provecho a los peloteros bien enrachados, sin embargo quien juegue mejor y se ponga arriba en la serie, va tener la primera opción de llevarse el campeonato, pues desde mi punta de vista al equipo que esté abajo se le va poner difícil poder remontar, pues ninguno quiere regalar nada.

A nivel ofensivo ambas organizaciones cuentan con toleteros con buenos promedios ofensivos en el caso de Caribes luce mejor que Magallanes, y va depender mucho de lo que puedan hacer sus caballos, Willians Astudillo, más valioso de la semifinal con 431 de average, de mantener ese ritmo arrollador va hacerle mucho daño al pitcheo magallanero, otro sorprendente bateador y del que se espera mucho es Rafael Ortega el jardinero ha demostrado que está en su mejor momento, Balbino Fuenmayor después de ganar el premio al regreso del año y el de más valioso lo convierten en un bateador muy respetado, a quien hay que tenerle mucho cuidado a la hora de enfrentarlo, el resto de los toleteros que van aportar mucho son Asdrúbal Cabrera, herlis Rodríguez que tuvo un buen round robin a nivel ofensivo, Jesus sucre quien es garantía en la receptoría, más el aporte que puedan dar los experimentados Niuman Romero o Alexis Amarista, en cuanto a los lanzadores Mayckol Guaipe, Yohan Pino, Henry Centeno son los más sólidos en el cuerpo de abridores, aunque no lucieron lo que se esperaba, de completar cada uno 6 entradas va ser difícil que Caribes pierda la serie, alli pudiera estar la debilidad, aunque tienen profundidad en su bullpen con lanzadores experimentados como Wilfredo Ledezma, que puede abrir juegos y ser relevista largo, Daniel González, Liarvis Barreto y sumaron entre sus filas a Silvino Bracho para reforzarse ya que en la recién finalizada los relevistas solo salvaron 4 juegos.

A nivel estadístico ambos equipos lucen muy parejos, por lo que no me atrevo a dar un favorito sin embargo Magallanes deberá asegurar, terminar la serie en Valencia y para eso debe ganar los dos o un juego en Puerto la Cruz, porque si la serie se extiende a siete juegos Caribes tiene la ventaja de jugar ante su público, Magallanes en Valencia debe sacar a relucir su pitcheo tanto abridor como relevistas, ya que en su estadio a nivel de promedio los lanzadores siempre han sido efectivos, en cambio el Alfonzo chico Carrasquel de Anzoátegui es un paraíso para los bateadores; cabe destacar que ambos conjuntos colectivamente sacaron 17 pelotas cada uno en el round robin, que gane el que juegue mejor y brinden un gran espectáculo para cerrar la temporada con broche de oro.
