Hello friends and family of Hive, This is a tribute to my late Dad. I lost my Dad seven years ago and I am remembering him today, the awesome moments we shared together and lots more.
Today I will sharing with us his favorite song with my Trumpet "Still searching" by Bongos Ikwue and the Groove.

When Dad was alive he so much love this song and often times he plays it whenever he is at home. The big radio he usually play the song is still available thou it is bad and needs a lot of repairs.
I wish I could tell us the reason my Dad loved this song but the little I know then was that my dad and mum will always be exchanging words and being hostile to each other. They corel almost all the time with mum because of some kind of disagreements I wish I could tackle. You know the pain of seeing your parents always having challenges with each other and even fighting in front of you isn't a sweet one, but then I was still growing up and cannot interfere.
I am not sure but I know this could contribute to why my dad will always listen to this song.
Well, to the glory of God both Dad and Mum aren't alive any longer and the Happy part of it is that they weren't holding each other in heart before the demise of mum.
Dad passed away shortly after mum did due to some brief illness that caused him so much pain to the extend of causing him his life. Mum died at the process of giving birth, immediately after delivery we lost the baby and mum followed up. It's actually a sad story all through but what more can I say... I really thank God that He is with us to direct and guide us.. Thank You..💙💞🙌

Un tributo a mi difunto padre
Hola amigos y familiares de Hive, Este es un tributo a mi difunto papá. Perdí a mi papá hace siete años y lo recuerdo hoy, los increíbles momentos que compartimos juntos y mucho más.
Hoy compartiré con nosotros su canción favorita con mi trompeta "Still looking" de Bongos Ikwue and the Groove.

Cuando papá vivía, amaba mucho esta canción y muchas veces la toca cuando está en casa. La gran radio en la que suele poner la canción todavía está disponible, pero está dañada y necesita muchas reparaciones.
Desearía poder decirnos la razón por la que a mi papá le encantaba esta canción, pero lo poco que sé entonces es que mi papá y mi mamá siempre intercambiarán palabras y serán hostiles el uno con el otro. Se pasan casi todo el tiempo con mamá debido a algún tipo de desacuerdo que desearía poder abordar. Sabes que el dolor de ver a tus padres siempre teniendo desafíos entre ellos e incluso peleando frente a ti no es dulce, pero yo todavía estaba creciendo y no puedo interferir.
No estoy seguro, pero sé que esto podría contribuir a que mi papá siempre escuche esta canción.
Bueno, para la gloria de Dios, tanto papá como mamá ya no están vivos y la parte feliz de esto es que no se abrazaban de corazón antes de la muerte de mamá.
Papá falleció poco después que mamá debido a una breve enfermedad que le causó tanto dolor que le costó la vida. Mamá murió en el proceso de dar a luz, inmediatamente después del parto perdimos al bebé y mamá hizo un seguimiento. En realidad, es una historia triste, pero qué más puedo decir... Realmente agradezco a Dios que Él esté con nosotros para dirigirnos y guiarnos... Gracias... 💙💙🙌
