ENG

Hello everyone, I welcome you all to my blog and this is Hive Music Festival Week 74 Round 2.

I'm so excited to be sharing with us all this musical piece titled "Oghene Doh" by Victor Atenega which means "Thank You". I've known this song for a while but just can't let it out of my mind, it is sung in both English and one of the dialects in Nigeria known as "Igbo". Oghene Doh has a lot of translation and allot of musicians in the country has produced a lot of songs with similar titles. Though I love most of the songs but this very one is one amongst them that is very easy for me to practice and learn.

Oghene Doh simply means "Thank You" that is to say it talks about the act of Thanksgiving. This song is indeed to show gratitude to God for the uncountable blessings each and every day He showers on us. A lot of times I see every reason to continue showing God gratification specially when I look at other people's predicaments and condition, It gives me reasons to thank God for where He has placed me.
It's important for us to pay attention to the good things we have sometimes and take care of them with love while we hope for the best.

Neglecting what we have while chasing higher goals usually brings bad results at the end of the day because we can end up losing the good things we've got while chasing chasing other things we don't have. I can stop praising God because He has given me every reason to continue to praise and adore Him.
As usual I used my G-acoustic guitar to back me up on the background while I use my phone for videography. The editing was done with Capcut video editor.

Without further Ado, I will leave you all to enjoy my musical piece and until next time, good bye 🙏🙌
