I Love My Body - HOL #177

Hello beautiful ladies and welcome to my blog 🤗😍

If money is not an issue, would you consider having cosmetic surgery to enhance your appearance, and which part of your body would you want altered?

This is an interesting topic, @ifarmgirl. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to share our thoughts.

The first time I heard about plastic surgery was, I think, around 2005 or 2006, when I was still quite young. It was about someone popular in my country who went out to another country to do plastic surgery in preparation for her birthday and never came back alive. When I heard the news, my young mind was wondering why she would think of that because, from the pictures I saw on the TV or in the news paper, she looked beautiful and didn't need to do anything to change herself.

I personally think society has placed a certain standard on what beauty and perfection should look like, and on the Internet, our models and influencers are also not helping matters.

I know people undergo plastic surgery for different reasons to either enhance their physical appearance, boost self-confidence, or correct a part of their body they consider imperfect, while others undergo it for medical reasons. Whatever their reasons are, I am not going to judge them; after all, it's their body, and they know what's best for them.

Back to the question: if money wasn't a problem, would I consider having plastic surgery? The answer is a big, fat NO. I love every part of my body so much that the thought of undergoing plastic surgery has never crossed my mind. I have had a lot of times where people tell me you have a flat butt, your boobs are small, or you are too slim, and I tell them I love it that way. I love how unique I look. I think plastic surgery might alter people's appearances, but it can't and will never replicate the authenticity and uniqueness of your natural self. So I choose to embrace my body the way it is with confidence.

THANK YOU FOR READING TO THE END 🤗

You are right! Plastic surgery can change how people look, but it can't make them authentically themselves. So, I'm happy embracing my natural self with confidence. We all need to do it :)

Most people aren't comfortable with how they look, and if you are, there is no need to change anything. I love your body as well, dear friend.
