Today I went to donate plasma.

As you know, it's a fixed appointment for me, I've reached 103 donations!

I waited over an hour in the hospital and, while I was there, some things made me think; I thought a little about the situation in my city and I came up with some answers that, in truth, I already knew.

Like me, obviously, many other donors, including blood donors, were waiting; some even got impatient to wait and left.
All this because the doctor was unique, both for apheresis (the donation of blood components) and for blood.
Among other things, it doesn't often happen that there are a lot of people who donate blood, or donate in general, in fact we have a shortage.

Perhaps donors are also scarce due to this bad organization of the hospital?

Today, the ideal would have been for there to have been two doctors, one dedicated to blood component donors and one to blood donors.
The frequent excuse of this bad organization is that there is no money but, of course, this is true mostly due to the inadequacy of the managers so in reality it is just a big lie to hide someone's incompetence.

When there are donors they make them leave, when they are not there they call complaining that there is no blood.

This lack of blood, in addition to causing damage to patients who are not to blame, creates damage to the pockets of the hospital since the missing blood that cannot be compensated for must be taken elsewhere (outside the region) and already with two or three bags taken, for example in Lombardy, the additional doctor's salary could be paid abundantly.

Considering that the number of bags missing is much higher than two or three, a careful manager would realize that it would be much more cost effective to provide better service; it would be more convenient humanly because we would have more donors and more blood and also economically because the hospital and the region would save a lot of money.

So in the end it all boils down to incompetent managers!

Want another example? Here it is.
On the main street of Reggio Calabria (which is a pedestrian area) the various clubs, pubs and cafes all had dehors (Type of gazebos); the municipality of Reggio had these structures removed for the "decoration" of Corso Garibaldi.
Now, a competent manager would immediately understand that in doing so damage is created both to merchants and to the municipal pockets and, moreover, in every city with a tourist vocation these structures are also widespread in the center and, if they do not have problems of decorum in Venice or Florence , how can the problem exist in Reggio Calabria which looks like a post apocalyptic city with holes the size of craters, lack of water, pitiful health care and unemployment that gallops like Fury horse of the West?

Well, in Reggio the problem exists!
Because in Reggio our beloved politicians don't know what to think and only think about bullshit!
Then, these same shitty politicians complain that there is no money and they cannot provide for the needs of the city.
But cursed incompetents, leave them those dehors that lead you to pocket hundreds of thousands of euros and which, moreover, are appreciated by tourists and non-tourists alike.
We are talking about spaces that every month cost each activity even 5k euros of public land, consider that practically everyone had them on the course, we are talking about giving up a lot of money (we are talking about a few million), simply for the presumption of those who govern us.

Why do I say presumption?

Here it works like this: since those of the opposition want the dehors, those in government, who are the majority, have them removed and also urgently!

And in the meantime we citizens take it in the ass!
And even the tourists who in winter when it rains, if by mistake they decide to come and see the Riace Bronzes, cannot enjoy the fantastic view of Corso Garibaldi while sipping a good hot chocolate.

But anyway, the problem rarely arises because tourists rarely make mistakes and come to Reggio, usually they arrive at Villa San Giovanni and cross the strait to go to Sicily... and they do well!

When things don't work, the explanation is simple, the ruling class is incompetent!
You will tell me: "but it could be that the employees and the workers do the laundry and are incompetent and unproductive".
Yes, true, but a manager who knows how to do his job tries to motivate the workers first of all, then starts the calls and, last but not least, kicks everyone in the ass, the prerogative of competent people who want to work.
Obviously in a country that works, in Italy it is not possible because the do-nothings are always protected.
Yes, because whoever governs is incompetent and do-nothing as well as a tax evader and dishonest and therefore implements ad hoc laws to protect all these categories in defiance of valid, competent and honest people.

In fact, the excellences, as soon as they can, run away from the south and run away without even turning around but, by now, it is becoming something that happens throughout the country.

Il Direttore Generale di un'azienda, avendo ricevuto un invito per un concerto (era l'incompiuta di Schubert), e non potendoci andare, regalò l'invito al Direttore del Personale. Il giorno dopo chiese al direttore del personale se il concerto gli fosse piaciuto e, per risposta, questo gli invia una relazione il cui contenuto era il seguente:
1 Durante considerevoli periodi di tempo i 4 oboe non fanno nulla. Si dovrebbe ridurne il numero e distribuire il lavoro sul resto dell'orchestra.
2 I 12 violini suonano la medesima nota quindi l'organico dei violinisti dovrebbe essere drasticamente ridotto.
3 Non serve a nulla che gli ottoni ripetano i suoni che sono già stati eseguiti dagli altri.
E conclude: "Se tali passaggi, ridondanti, fossero eliminati il concerto potrebbe essere ridotto di un quarto. Se Schubert avesse tenuto conto di tali indicazioni avrebbe terminato la sinfonia".

Oggi sono andato a donare il plasma.

Come sai per me è un appuntamento fisso, sono arrivato a 103 donazioni!

In ospedale ho atteso oltre un'ora e, mentre ero lì alcune cose mi han o fatto riflettere; pensavo un po' alla situazione della mia città e mi sono dato delle risposte che, per la verità, già conoscevo.

Come me, ovviamente, tanti altro donatori, anche di sangue, erano in attesa; alcuni si sono anche spazientiti ad aspettare e sono andato via.
Tutto questo perché il medico era unico, sia per l'aferesi (la donazione di emocomponenti) che per il sangue.
Tra le altre cose non capita spesso che la gente a donare sangue, o a donare in generale, sia tanta infatti abbiamo carenza.

Forse i donatori scarseggiano anche per questa cattiva organizzazione dell'azienda ospedaliera?

Oggi l'ideale sarebbe stato che ci fossero stati due medici, uno dedicato ai donatori di emocomponenti ed uno ai donatori di sangue.
La scusa frequente di questa cattiva organizzazione è che non ci sono soldi ma, ovviamente, questo è vero più che altro a causa dell'inadeguatezza dei dirigenti quindi in realtà è solo una grande bugia per nascondere l'incapacità di qualcuno.

Quando ci sono i donatori li fanno andare via, quando non ci sono chiamano lamentandosi che manca il sangue.

Questa mancanza di sangue, oltre ad arrecare danni a dei malati che colpe non ne hanno, crea danno alle tasche dell'azienda ospedaliera poiché, il sangue mancante che non si riesce a compensare in ragione va preso altrove (fuori regione) e già con due o tre sacche prese, ad esempio in Lombardia, si potrebbe pagare abbondantemente lo stipendio del medico aggiuntivo.

Considerando che il numero di sacche mancanti è ben più alto di due o tre, un dirigente attento di renderebbe conto che sarebbe molto più conveniente garantire un servizio migliore; sarebbe più conveniente umanamente perché avremmo più donatori e più sangue ed anche economicamente poiché azienda ospedaliera e regione risparmierebbe un bel po' di soldi.

Alla fine quindi si riduce tutto a dirigenti incompetenti!

Vuoi un altri esempio? Eccotelo.
Sulla via principale di Reggio Calabria (che è isola pedonale peraltro) i vari locali, pub e caffetterie disponevano tutti di dehors (Tipo dei gazebo va); il comune di Reggio ha fatto rimuovere queste strutture per il "decoro" del Corso Garibaldi.
Ora, un dirigente competente capirebbe subito che così facendo si crea un danno sia ai commercianti che alle tasche comunali e, oltretutto, in ogni città a vocazione turistica queste strutture sono diffusissime anche al centro e, se non hanno problemi di decoro a Venezia o a Firenze, come può il problema esistere a Reggio Calabria che sembra una città post apocalittica con buche grandi come crateri, l'acqua che manca, la sanità che fa pena e la disoccupazione che galoppa come Furia cavallo del West?

Bene, a Reggio il problema esiste!
Perché a Reggio i nostri amato politici non sanno a cosa pensare e pensano solo alle cazzate!
Poi, questi stessi politici di merda, si lamentano che non ci sono soldi e non possono provvedere alle necessità della città.
Ma maledetti incompetenti, lasciateli quei dehors che vi portano ad intascare centinaia di migliaia di euro e che, oltretutto, sono apprezzati da turisti e non.
Parliamo di spazi che ogni mese costavano ad ogni attività anche 5k euro di suolo pubblico, considera che sul corso li avevano praticamente tutti si parla di rinunciare a parecchi soldi (parliamo di qualche milioncino), semplicemente per la presunzione di chi ci governa.

Perché dico presunzione?

Da noi funziona così: poiché quelli dell'opposizione i dehors li vogliono, quelli al governo, che sono maggioranza, li fanno levare e anche con urgenza!

E nel frattempo noi cittadini ce la prendiamo nel culo!
E pure i turisti che in inverno quando piove, se per sbaglio decidono di venire a vedere i Bronzi di Riace non possono godersi il fantastico scorcio del Corso Garibaldi sorseggiando una buona cioccolata calda.

Ma tanto, il problema si pone poche volte poiché raramente i turisti sbagliano e vengono a Reggio, di solito arrivano a Villa San Giovanni e passano oltre lo stretto per andare in Sicilia... e fanno bene!

Quando le cose non funzionano la spiegazione è semplice, la classe dirigente è incompetente!
Tu mi dirai: "ma potrebbe essere che siano i dipendenti e gli operai a fare i lavativi e ad essere incompetenti ed improduttivi".
Si, vero, ma un dirigente che sa fare il suo lavoro prova a motivare i lavoratori in primis, poi fa partire i richiami e, dulcis in fundo, caccia tutti a pedate nel culo appannaggio di gente competente e che ha voglia di lavorare.
Ovviamente in un paese che funziona, in Italia non è possibile poiché i nullafacenti sono sempre tutelati.
Si perché chi governa è incompetente e nullafacente oltre che evasore fiscale e disonesto e quindi realizza leggi ad hoc per tutelare tutte queste categorie in barba alla gente valida, competente e onesta.

Infatti, le eccellenze, appena possono scappano, dal sud di corsa e a gambe levate senza nemmeno voltarsi ma, ormai, sta diventando una cosa che accade in tutto il paese.
