And here I am, finally, writing the weekly post that comes from the idea offered by Ecency, this time, I waited a little longer to publish it but the important thing is that I succeeded!

Obviously I thank Ecency and @mypathtofire for the fantastic opportunity they give us every week and for their commitment.

Yes, I know that now you will say: "but you give thanks every week!"
And I always will because gratitude in life is very important!

Let's get back to us; for the Italian public, elderly like me, the title will remind you of something, it's the verse of a song by Marina Rei, just about spring, we're talking about a text dating back to 1997!

If I have to be honest, my favorite season is winter, Reny and I love the cold, my favorite holidays are Christmas and I think it's natural for me to choose this season even though I know that, being Calabrian, it may seem strange to many .

of the four seasons, besides this preference of mine, I actually don't mind any of them, like everything in life, has its pros and cons.
In spring, for example, I love the milder temperatures that allow me to go on beautiful excursions even if I don't deny you that, if I want to take a nice walk in the mountains, it's certainly not the bad weather that stops me.
Precisely because of the first heat that arrives I can also enjoy my first baths in my hydromassage tub and even there, being heated, it is certainly not the cold that stops me, I happened to immerse myself in the water at 40 degrees while they were outside 10 heh heh!

Surely in the spring months we have many occasions to party since both Reny and I celebrate our respective birthdays and being lovers of parties this is something that leads me to give a point to this season; another positive note is that my mum also has a birthday so parties, dinners, cakes and sweets galore!
Furthermore, in good weather we reactivate both the barbecue in the garden and the wood-burning oven, so I let you imagine the meals that come out of it!

Another very important thing for a sweet tooth like me is that, in this period, there are Easter desserts and between chocolate eggs, stuffed doves and above all pastiere I really lose my mind, having had a pastry shop I think it is also a professional deformation.
I could also put ice cream in the middle of all these delicacies but it would be hypocritical since, in Reggio Calabria, ice cream is eaten all year round.

Obviously, as mentioned before, everything has positive and negative sides and the seasons are no exception; spring brings pollen and allergies and for me this is a really bad thing since I'm allergic to pollen, among other things; probably this inconvenience is what leads me to count spring in last place since I really suffer a lot and sneeze whole days.

In any case, in the end, I appreciate this season even if, as you will have understood, among the four it's the one I'd rather last less eh eh!
Actually if summer and winter alternated for six months one and six months the other I'd be more than happy but don't tell Autumn and Spring because I wouldn't want them to feel bad, all in all they too know how to be loved.

In the end, to please everyone, I think I'd take 10 months equally divided between Winter and Summer and a month each I'd leave for Autumn and Spring, that would be the best solution heh heh!

Ed eccomi qui, finalmente, a scrivere il settimanale post che nasce dallo spunto offerto da Ecency, questa volta, ho atteso un pó più di tempo per pubblicarlo ma l'importante è esserci riuscito!

Ovviamente ringrazio Ecency e @mypathtofire per la fantastica opportunità che ogni settimana ci regalano e per l'impegno profuso.

Si, so che ora dirai: "ma ringrazi ogni settimana!"
E sempre lo farò perché la gratitudine nella vita è importantissima!

Torniamo a noi; per il pubblico italiano, attempato come me, il titolo ricorderà qualcosa, è il verso di una canzone di Marina Rei, proprio riguardante la primavera, parliamo di un testo risalente al 1997!

Se devo essere onesto la mai stagione preferita è l'inverno, io e Reny amiamo il freddo, le mie festività preferite sono quelle natalizie e credo che sia naturale per me scegliere questa stagione anche se so che, essendo calabrese, a molti potrà sembrare strano.

delle quattro stagioni, oltre questa mia predilezione in realtà non me ne dispiace nessuna ognuna, come tutto nella vita, ha i suoi pro e i suoi contro.
Della primavera ad esempio amo le temperature più miti che mi permettono di fare delle belle escursioni anche se non ti nego che, se ho voglia di fare un bel giretto in montagna, non è certo il cattivo tempo a fermarmi.
Proprio a causa dei primi caldi che arrivano posso anche godere dei primi bagnetti nella mia vasca idromassaggio e anche lì, essendo riscaldata, non è certo il freddo a fermarmi, mi è capitato di immergermi con l'acqua a 40 gradi mentre fuori ce ne stavano 10 eh eh!

Sicuramente nei mesi primaverili abbiamo molte occasioni per far festa visto che, sia io che Reny festeggiamo i nostri rispettivi compleanni ed essendo amanti dei parti questa è una cosa che mi porta a dare un punto a questa stagione; altra nota positiva è che anche la mia mamma fa il compleanno quindi feste, cene , torte e dolci a gogo!
Inoltre con il bel tempo riattiviamo sia il barbecue in giardino che il forno a legna, quindi Ti lascio immaginare le mangiate che ne vengono fuori!

Altra cosa molto importante per un golosone come me è che, in questo periodo, ci sono i dolci di Pasqua e tra uova di cioccolato, colombe ripiene e soprattutto pastiere io perdo davvero la testa, avendo avuto una pasticceria credo sia anche deformazione professionale.
Potrei mettere in mezzo a tutte queste leccornie anche il gelato ma sarebbe ipocrita poiché, a Reggio Calabria, il gelato si mangia tutto l'anno.

Ovviamente, come detto anche prima, tutto ha lati positivi e lati negativi e le stagioni non fanno eccezione; la primavera porta con se polline e allergie e per me questa è una cosa davvero pessima visto che sono allergico proprio al polline, tra le altre cose; probabilmente questo inconveniente è quello che mi porta ad annoverare la primavera all'ultimo posto visto che davvero soffro tantissimo e starnutisco giornate intere.

In ogni caso, alla fine, apprezzo questa stagione anche se come avrai capito tra le quattro è quella che preferirei durasse meno eh eh!
In realtà se estate e inverno si alternassero sei mesi l'una e sei mesi l'altra sarei più che felice ma non dirlo ad Autunno e Primavera perché non vorrei ci restassero male, tutto sommato anche loro sanno farsi voler bene.

Alla fine per accontentare tutti credo che mi prenderei 10 mesi equamente divisi tra Inverno ed Estate ed un mese a testa li lascerei ad Autunno e Primavera, sarebbe la soluzione migliore eh eh!
