On this, his first crossing of Italy, he spent most of the time sleeping, he only woke up to have a snack and then fell back into hibernation until arrival.

You must know that it is on this occasion, but in general when we have to move from Reggio, I prefer to leave at night, I love driving when it is dark and moreover we avoid traffic and gain a day because upon arrival, whatever the destination, we can take advantage of the whole day.

Even though I can stay awake for several hours without any problems, you can feel at ease, I am a safety fanatic and would never put the safety of my family at risk, therefore, before leaving for the night, I spend the whole day sleeping.

Once we arrived in Reggio Calabria we found ourselves faced with this beautiful surprise...

We experienced many things all together and not all of them were beautiful and we probably weren't used to what happened; soon, however, it will all be a memory and at most it will remain a story to tell.
Naturally, I, like the rest of the family, do not wish to be negative or pessimistic given that Samuele is followed by some of the best doctors around, given that he is now well and above all given that for his problem there is a cure that will bring him to feel good.

All in all, we didn't even have a bad time with the city since both Reny and I already knew Rome very well and it has always been a city that we love, a city that like it or not has been part of our lives, and will be part of it currently. and in one way or another it will always be part of it and, moreover, it is a city that offers a lot.

For these and a thousand other reasons we are making the best of this whole situation while waiting to resume our normality.

Avendo fatto tanti viaggi sin da quando era ancora nella pancia della mamma si è abituato, adora stare in macchina, si guarda attorno un pó e poi si addormenta.

Tra le altre cose è curiosissimo, ma credo che tutti i bimbi della sua età lo siano.

In questa sua prima traversata dell'Italia ha trascorso la maggior parte del tempo dormendo, si è svegliato solo per fare uno spuntino e poi è ricaduto in letargo fino all'arrivo.

Devi sapere che sia in questa occasione, ma in generale quando dobbiamo spostarci da Reggio, preferisco partire la notte, amo guidare quando c'è buio e oltretutto evitiamo il traffico e guadagniamo un giorno perché all'arrivo, qualunque sia la meta, possiamo sfruttare l'intera giornata.

Nonostante riesca a stare sveglio senza problemi per parecchie ore puoi stare sereno, sono un patito della sicurezza e non metterei mai a rischio l'incolumità della mia famiglia pertanto, prima della partenza notturna, passo l'intera giornata a dormire.

Potremmo dire che il Nanetto oltre al suo primo viaggio ha fatto anche la sua prima vacanza, certo una villeggiatura particolare essendo a Reggio ma bisogna anche pensare che ancora non aveva mai visto la sua casa ed è stata una tappa importantissima per lui.

Se ci pensi la sua culla era lì che lo aspettava da praticamente un anno e ancora lui non ciaveva mai dormito!

Tornare alla vita che stiamo attualmente facendo non è stato semplice.
Abbiamo vissuto tante cose tutte insieme e non tutte bellissime e probabilmente non ci siamo abituati a quello che è successo; presto però sarà tutto un ricordo e al massimo resterà una storia da raccontare.
Naturalmente io come il resto della famiglia non desideriamo essere negativi o pessimisti visto che Samuele è seguito da alcuni dei migliori medici che ci soni in giro, visto che ora sta bene e soprattutto visto che per il suo problema c'è una cura che lo porterà a stare bene.

Tutto sommato poi non ci è andata nemmeno male con la città poiché sia io che Reny già conoscevamo già molto bene Roma ed è da sempre stata una città che amiamo, una città che volente o nolente ha fatto parte della nostra vita, ne farà parte attualmente e in un modo o nell'altro ne farà sempre parte e, inoltre, è una città che offre tanto.

Per questi e mille altri motivi ci prendiamo il meglio di tutta questa situazione in attesa di riprendere la nostra normalità.
