On the outskirts of the city - En las afueras de la ciudad

Today's afternoon was an excellent day in which we were accompanied by a brilliant sun that offered its warmth timidly diminishing the effects of the breeze blowing from the south.

La tarde de hoy fue una excelente jornada en la cual nos acompaño un sol brillante que ofreció su calor tímidamente menguando los efectos de la brisa que soplaba del sur.

These days there is no fresh breeze or reason to stop us from going out for a walk as a family and taking a few moments to relax.

Por estos días no hay brisa fresca ni motivo que nos detenga a salir a dar un paseo en familia y tomarnos unos momentos de esparcimiento.

To do this we went to the outskirts of the city, far enough away to avoid contact with other people. Nowadays, the squares, parks and public walks are full of people without masks, as if nothing was happening out there.

Para ello nos fuimos a las afueras de la ciudad, bien lejos como para evitar tener contacto con otras personas. Hoy en día las plazas, parques y paseos públicos se encuentran colmados de personas sin barbijo, como si nada ocurriese allá afuera.

As a result of this behaviour they have decided to intensify controls and from tomorrow our individual freedoms will be restricted again. The situation in the city has really become critical.

Como resultado de este comportamiento han decidido intensificar los controles y a partir del día de mañana se restringen nuevamente nuestras libertades individuales. Realmente la situación en la ciudad se ha vuelto crítica.

Therefore, in the fields far from the city it was a very good alternative for the walk on this wonderful Sunday, the last day of winter. We hope that spring will not only bring higher temperatures, but also bring us good news regarding the pandemic.

Por ello en los campos alejados de la ciudad fue una muy buen alternativa para el paseo de este maravilloso domingo, ultimo día del invierno. Esperamos que la primavera no solo traiga temperaturas más altas, sino que también nos traiga buenas noticias respecto a la pandemia.
