Rose Milk Pudding

Hi bloggers and food lovers! How are you all doing? Enjoy your weekend! I hope you’re having a great time. Today I’m going to share a cute and beautiful sweet treat. It has a soft and jiggly texture. The pudding jelly I’m using is a seaweed-based jelly powder and agar powder, since it contains no added sugar, this treat can be part of your diet. It’s also easy to make and doesn’t take long. Okay, let’s get started

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of jelly powder
  • 1 packet of agar powder
  • 4 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1L milk
  • food coloring

Steps:

  • Add 1 packet of jelly powder and 1 packet of agar powder to a saucepan

  • Add 4 tbsp granulated sugar to the saucepan

  • Add 1L of milk to the saucepan

  • Mix the ingredients until well combined

  • Once combined, turn on the heat and stir constantly until the mixture boils and thickens

  • Divide the mixture into several portions—according to the food coloring you want to use

  • Add 2 drops of food coloring to the pudding mixture

  • Stir until well combined

  • Pour the mixture into rose-shaped molds

  • Repeat until all the mixture is used up

  • Let it sit until the pudding cools and is ready to be placed in the refrigerator

  • Place the pudding molds in the refrigerator and chill until set

  • Remove the rose pudding from the molds

  • Serve chilled

  • The rose milk pudding are ready to eat
