A stunning transformation.
The first time for me to see this, and it blew my mind.

I was alerted by the unusual view of the mountain in the picture above, as normally the clouds are not so bright, and the clouds normally rest on the mountain in a horizontal line. What I did not know was that this was the start of something magnificent, and it was totally unexpected.
So, we took a drive after seeing the second picture in order to see the development by the wind in the sky. It really was so worthwhile to go and look, as the views were magical. Just to think that it all was started by a few tongues of bright clouds sticking up behind a mountain.
But I talk too much, and I will rather let the clouds talk to you.
Now just have a look at this below.
This sight below awaited us as we arrived at our local public park.
And here you can see the opposite view.
But that mountain held the most of my attention, as I wanted to show you where the bottom line of cloud at the right hand of the picture landed on the mountain range.
Bang! The line of cloud touched down on the mountain range at the left-hand bottom on the mountain range.
Here you can see the complete picture action about the bottom line of cloud spanning the distance to land on the mountain range.
Eventually the show was over and back at home I managed to get some sunrays.
Now how can one forget views like this? We try our best to be in tune with nature, as it is the best healing power for us, and it costs nothing. But I don't think that one can know nature in its full extent, as it holds too many surprises, and not only that, but the sky as you see in the pictures above, continues to surprise us.
We see the changes as messages, as it helps us not to grow stale in our work at Papillon. Yes, we feel the financial constraints, but it is nothing new to us as we endured it many times in the past. We simply continue to change our mode of operation during these times, as we know that sooner or later things will change for the better. And if not, we will still just continue.
Such is life.
I hope you enjoyed the pictures and story.

Until next time, cheers!
A wonderful shot with great attention to detail. Well done!
Absolutely gorgeous pictures of those clouds being pushed vertically over the mountains. Then the higher patch clouds pushed in to top things off with some really night bright images. Very well done on those shots, sounds like the trip to the park was well worth you while!
Nature is full of wonders if we just take the time to look around and enjoy them. Stop to smell the roses if you will! There really is beauty everywhere in this world, and it's shame not everyone takes the time to soak it up Such is life I suppose!
Glad those images lift your spirits and help you keep on moving forward in your charity work. Running a full time charitable organization is not easy, and funding is eternally short. I've been on the board of one once upon a time, I remember the frustrations all too well...
Sorry I haven't been around much the last few days, been feeling under the weather. Getting back in the saddle now though! Have another tip to keep building up you HSBI votes!
Thank you, and yes, we often visit that park, as it has a clear view of the mountains, and I have scored some lovely shots there. It is not crowded with residential properties, and very well kept.
Our motto when in nature is to go slow and easy, as nature likes to show us her beauty. Stop and smell the roses indeed :)
Charity work can deliver so many highs and lows, and now after so many years of it, one would think that we have become used to it. But not so, as the downs are always debilitating, and now they have become even worse. We can only hope and pray for an increase in the economy, as then the funding will increase as always. But at this stage of the battle, the forecasts are that things will become even worse.
I hope that you feel better, and the reason for my late reply is that I am also not feeling so well anymore. But like you, we just have to cope with it.
Thank you also kindly for the gifts.
