Friday is fun day.

But not when it's raining and so I will show you some photos of Troy's walk yesterday afternoon.

Little Troy had an unexpected visitor yesterday that came to greet him.

This guy is the CEO of one of Papillon's partner non-profits and he is a great friend. He drove past, saw us, stopped and popped over to greet.
The sad thing is that our little Troy is now slowly losing his sight and his hearing and we love him with all of our hearts.
But such is life and I also have some other photos for you here.
Come and see.

This guy below was busy working in the planted land.

Then when he turned, he saw a drone loaded with explosives heading for him.

Hahaha, not really as someone was flying a model airplane.

And finally it was time for us to go home.

While I was zooming to get a closer shot of the tractor that model plane flew into the picture and I got him to show you.
This doggy park is in the foothills of the mountains and fortunately in a high spot, so one can see farmlands in the valley of the hills lower down.
At times when I look at the photos it seems that I am taking from the same level, but it is not so, as the items are simply lower down.

So there you have it and I wish everyone a Happy Friday. Hope that you liked the walk and the story.

And That's All Friends.

So sorry to hear Troy is suffering with sight problems

Love that sunset image

I always wanted to get a remote controlled plane or boat but never got around to it

Troy is old and growing older every day JJ. Lately he sleeps for most of the day and we fear that worst is not far off.

Thanks the sunset reminded me of the bushveld.

To think that I used to build cheap model airplanes and even a ship, the "Mayflower", but have never considered getting a remote controlled one. I would rather get a good quality drone, but they are too expensive.

I have thought about getting a drone it’s about the same cost as the next Lens I am thinking about

I have had the funds set aside enough for the drone for a while and think it would be cool to have but wonder if I would use it enough to justify it as using a drone your standing still I like going walk about with my camera lol 😂

Now that is a big problem for me and maybe a drone could help, as I cannot walk far anymore. It is gradually getting worse so that now I can only walk short distances. I get terrible leg cramps and will see a doctor this week.

So sorry to hear that is getting worse, I hope the Doctor can offer some relief, but yes that would make a drone a good fit for you

One day maybe when I will have the funds for one my friend.
They sell cheap drones here but they are a waste of money.

Oh yes and aside from his other problems, he can also not walk a full round anymore as he stops every few minutes. His hind legs seem to be troublesome and Marian will ask the vet to have a look.
But I know that the vet will blame it on the ageing factor.

Looked like a real bushveld sunset far in the old Kalahari to me.

Happy weekend with !PIZZA and !LUV

Short walks help keep the blood going, age is most probably the main factor to consider.

Sunsets during winter months have been spectacular, as always have a wonderful weekend.

Hahaha, Troy is the same as his daddy, as I can also only walk short distances now. Will be seeing an arterial specialist this week to check for an obstruction to the blood flow to my legs.

Yep, some lovely sunsets here.

Keep moving for as long as able, short walks plenty of stops not a problem. Troy is in good company, hope they find the problem and are able to rectify without too much pain or inconvenience.
