Now I am free.

I decided to take some arty shots of a lovely Sun Halo today.

This freedom statue agreed to be my first model. I just had to wait for him to get undressed and to take up a position :)

Real freedom is to make you realize that you have beaten everything that life had to throw at you over time. Look back over your life and see how many times you won against what seemed to be severe setbacks. Put all of these setbacks into one file, title it as Survival.
The lessons in this file will serve as great reminders of you winning the battle each time. Yes, there were many losses also and they have left their scars, but I have a short poem below that will show you the real meaning of the scars in your life.
Now let's have a look at the arty sun halo shots.

Have you ever seen something like this?
Unfortunately, I could not get the statues head in, because of the position of the sun.

An old tree stump, and it looks like two people embracing and the one person lifting an arm in victory.

This palm tree was also a signal of true freedom.

Time doesn’t heal wounds
to make you forget.

It doesn’t heal wounds to
erase the memories.

Time leaves you with a scar
to remind you of how you fought through it.

Time leaves you with a scar
to remind you of how you bled
and how you survived.
You survived.

Finally, we now realize that we are survivors and our spirits can lift like these clouds into the sky every day to give us a sense of true freedom.

We all battle in life. Some of us, like myself, do not have the ideal beginnings as a child and life can play many cruel twists on us. Especially, if we are seen as vulnerable and weak. But what we don't realize is that it is life training us to build up strong characters.
Never easy, but gradually, ever so gradually, as we grow up all those lessons start to pay off as we become champions in problem-solving and in many other fields.
So instead of feeling sorry for ourselves we should step out there, lift up our arms to the sun, and drink the sweet nectar of freedom from Mother nature's bosom.
We are all born survivors.

And That's All Friends.
