The before and the after.

Stripping a beloved garden for moving house is always a heartbreaking affair.

This dragonfly could not bear to look at us anymore destroying his garden.

I will show you the before and after as we were moving away from this house to another place. The past 3 years I have placed many of the delights that we had in the garden, but all good and bad things always come to an end.
We kept all of our succulents and other flowers in pots as we knew that we would move out one time or another and the another has now taken place.
Come and see.

3 photos below of our garden before the move.

And now 3 photos of the after that was in progress.

Little Robbie was showing me where to plant this bush as we decided to leave it behind.

We removed the last of the pot plants and the wooden tiles on the stone walk and then we were done. The memories of the fun that we had here will always remain in our hearts and all of the little squirrels and birds will also remember us. Our pot plants have traveled with us for thousands of miles to every place where we have lived and one day I hope to finally plant them out in a garden that will be our final destination.
Until then life goes on and we keep on running on the merry go round.

And That's All Friends.

It's good that you have been able to take most of your plants with you. Hopefully even your new much smaller garden will attract birds and other animals. I'm sure the plants will help.

Good news my friend, the birds are already here and it will be fun to befriend them.
Here was one on a plant of ours this morning.

Thank you Lady @nikv and I love my plants, so they don't mind waiting until we find the ideal place.
The two big ones (Christ Thorn and Zig-Zac tree) have a great story behind them and they will stay with me until it's the end of my days.
So a while longer and then I will plant them into their permanent places.

Thank you and no, we owned the place. Sold it and bought this one.
Move done and now it is to get used to the new surroundings.

Only once that we find the place that is meant for us, as this new one has only a tiny garden.
I have many shots of our old garden and will place a few posts of it in HiveGarden.

Yes only temporary for a few years until we find our destination on this planet. It was our 10th move thus far and no wonder that my mom called me a nomad.
Thank you for the kind wish.
