Hodl and hoard!

Another month begins, and again it's time for my monthly assessment. Time seems to be flying in 2024, a third of the year has gone; and this last month even had some milestones: another bitcoin halving, and my 6th anniversary on this blockchain! Markets are still showing the usual halving turbulence, but more on that later. First, let's check the numbers:

Steady growth so far, avering around 180 HP and 58 HBD on savings each month. LEO stake hasn't been growing that fast, and I might consider channeling some of it to the new shiny cool stuff:

Leodex is finally live! I love thorchain and the fact that this gives us a chance to interact with Maya protocol, a friendly fork of the former, seems to open a ton of possibilities! The only reason I haven't took the plunge yet, is the fact that it still doesn't have metamask integration. And I have more than enough wallets as it is, so creating yet another one to interact with leodex is not that appealing... although I might change my mind if the MM integration takes a long time, since I'm really eager to try it out! Been using the time to get a little more familiar with the protocol, and the $CACAO and $MAYA tokens.

I imagine most of the degens around here have already aped in, so if that's the case, are you willing to share your experience? :)

Meanwhile, on the crypto markets...

We're having small green days followed by bloody ones! As you can see in the graphic from TradingView above, BTC has been on a downtrend in these last weeks. It's funny how, being in thr crypto space for a few years, some trends stard to look pretty clear: we had the same movements last halving! Prices going to lower levels post halving, to then fly parabolically after a few months. It's said history does not always repeat itself, but it often rhymes... and I do believe we haven't seen nothing yet, in terms of a crazy bull run!

Now it's time to keep DCAing in your favourite projects, ignore the FUD, and keep stacking and building! I do believe BTC will still visit lower areas, especially the area between 52k-49k, and if that's the case alts will follow the downtrend as well. Of course, markets have a will of their own, and more often than not we seen those those crazy unexpected movements, either up or down.

Whatever the case is, we're bound to find out soon enough!
