The swimmer, the climber and the jumper

Been long since I've joined a monomad challenge! And while my creatures portfolio is not growing that much, given all the travel restrictions, browsing through my photos from Costa Rica found three of them, and decided to join them in this post: a mammal, a bird, and a reptile. Mammals and reptiles are normally more difficult to caught on camera, but fortunately in this country, with the abundance of wildlife, I had several opportunities to do so.

The flyer would have suited him too, but the swimmer was far more appropriated here: for all the time I've watched him, he simply roamed through the lake, undisturbed. Unlike the jumper.

This one is way harder to photograph. Well, at least a proper focused photography, withouth any blur, given how fast these guys move. This one stood still for a brief moment, while climbing down the tree, thinking about where to jump next.

The difficulty in photographing the climber wasn't his speed; his camouflage allows him to blend perfectly with the bushes. Once you find him, thow... he's an almost perfect photographic model!

Awesome photographs. Even I feel the same hurdle of not travelling out and most of the times I'm making some videos or what we cook daily or my dads little garden has some flowers and surprises. Else some old stories or very short stories of travel.
But I remember you have a beach 😬😬

A nearby one, yes... and Portugal is full of them! Guess I'll visit a few others shortly, will be a tourist in my own country!
