Weekly card giveaway

What a busy week at Splinterlands! Chaos Legion sold out, and a new ranked play model on the way! If you still don't know what I'm talking about, you'll find the explanations on this post.

I still have some of my packs to open, but they're almost all gone. Still waiting to stack enough potions to open the rest, and crossing fingers fo a shiny GFL in the remaining packs. My collection improved a bit in this last week, and I finally maxed the water summoner, Kelya. Only one fire summoner left to finallllyyyyyyy have one maxed summoner from each splinter.

Now, regarding the new energy system that's going to replace the ECR... I hate it. Don't get me wrong, I agree with the need of some tweaking, but capping the games you can play, unless you pay?? Serious? It seems everytime some measures are taken, the fun part gets forgotten...

So let's imagine newcomers come and try the game. They play 24 games, trying to get the hang of the mechanics, and then... no more play for you! Unless you pay. How's that for a great play experience? What happened to play as much as you like, and collect cards?

Yes, I understand that most people (me included) won't play much more than those 25 games a day. But what if I get free time to play in the evening, and in the next day I can only play in the morning, and energy hasn't recovered enough yet? Shall I just bot my way throughout the day, because it's the easiest wat to cope with the new system?

Maybe I'm just ranting with no cause, time will tell; but can't see the advantages everyone seems to see here. And user experience, the main thing that should be on focus, gets yet another blow. Please please, prove me wrong!

Enough ranting, time to show some Splinterlands love and give cards away!
