# PeakeCoin Server & Bot Downtime Update
I wanted to give everybody a quick update on the PeakeCoin side of things.
For about the next week, some of the servers, bots, and automated systems may be down or running inconsistently while I move. I am only moving a few miles away, but it is an important move for my family. The goal is to get my children closer to their school and make daily life a little more stable for them.
That means some of the systems I normally keep running may have to be shut down, unplugged, moved, and set back up again.
This may affect parts of the PeakeCoin ecosystem such as:
- PeakeCoin trading bots
- Server-hosted tools
- Project test pages
- Mining-related setups
- Backend experiments
- Game or casino test systems
- Anything running from my local hardware
This is not the end of anything. It is just a short pause while life has to come first.
A lot of this project is built from home, piece by piece, with whatever hardware I can get running. Some of the servers are not sitting in a fancy data center. They are machines I have worked on, repaired, moved around, and kept alive while trying to build something bigger for the future.
So when moving time comes, the whole operation has to move with me.
I have been working hard to build PeakeCoin, the bots, the games, and the tools around it while also trying to build a better foundation for my sons. This move is part of that. Being closer to their school means less stress, less travel, and hopefully a better daily routine for all of us.
During the downtime, I will still be planning, writing, and improving the project wherever I can. Once everything is moved and connected again, I will begin bringing the systems back online one at a time.
The plan is simple:
- Move the family first.
- Get internet and power stable.
- Bring the main machines back online.
- Restart the bots and services.
- Check logs, errors, and balances.
- Continue building.
I appreciate everyone who has supported, followed, commented, tested, or even just paid attention to what I am trying to build here.
PeakeCoin is still moving forward.
Sometimes progress looks like writing code.
Sometimes progress looks like fixing servers.
Sometimes progress looks like packing boxes so your children can be closer to school.
This week, it is the boxes.
Thank you all for understanding.

Quick note for a CURE holder 👋 — there's finally somewhere for those tokens to go. We bridged CURE over to our own chain, and you're invited to come see it: https://peakd.com/@angelicalist/hivers-guide-to-the-melek-prana-kula-ecosystem-20260830
Your LasseCash tokens are still waiting for you. Collecting them is free.
Go to lassecash.com, log in with your Hive wallet (Keychain, PeakVault or HiveAuth — the same one you use for Hive) and press Claim. One click, one signature, done.
Please do it before 30 September. Until then your tokens earn from the day you collect them. After 30 September you still get all of them, but they stop earning. From 29 December they slowly start to shrink, and after 29 March 2027 they can no longer be claimed at all — so sooner really is better.
One thing that confuses everyone, explained properly this time. LasseCash now runs on MAGI, and MAGI has no fees. Instead, every account gets a free energy allowance (the site calls it RC). That free allowance is enough to collect your tokens. But it does not stretch much further — if you try to post or stake right after collecting, it may say you have run out, and it takes about five days to refill. The fix is simple: keep one or two HBD in your MAGI wallet. It is not a fee and it is never taken from you — it just sits there, works as your energy, and you can withdraw it whenever you like.
The admin keys burn on 10 October, as promised. After that nobody can change anything on the core, including me.
