Their love story was a movie

From here my story begins:

María, the protagonist of my story, an active woman, lives in the city of Caracas, Venezuela; despite living in a city with so much activity for being the capital of the country, said daily activity, product of the busy routine of its inhabitants. She enjoyed a happy and fulfilling life. She got up very early, she made coffee and bread for breakfast. She liked the bread from the Saldi bakery located in the Vista Alegre sector. She went there every day to buy bread early in the morning before doing her morning exercises. After her, she would get ready to go to her workday.

One morning she met Pedro; who had a crush on her since they were teenagers; They were dating but ended up breaking up after a certain amount of time. The meeting was not accidental, because Pedro gave her some oatmeal cookies that were not to her liking, made in María's favorite bakery. The nonsense of her gift did not prevent them from sitting down to talk and remember those good moments they shared together and when they gave each other that unforgettable first kiss and all the dreams that were left unfulfilled motivated by the break between them.

That conversation lasted for hours although they felt that time did not pass. Invaded by the nostalgia of yesterday, they remembered the trip they made to the Virgen del Valle sanctuary in Margarita where they swore eternal love as good young people who were innocent and believers of the phrase together forever.

This evening turned out to be a perfect reconnection to the point that they scheduled another date to watch movies at María's house on Saturday of that week. Pedro was left to bring the popcorn to see the movie and the hostess would buy the soft drinks and make the chocolate cake that Pedro liked so much.

Maria kept thinking and imagining what that evening would be like. I count the days, hours and minutes until that long-awaited Saturday arrives.
The big day arrived Pedro arrived at María's house, in addition to the popcorn I brought him a basket of strawberries as a gift as a symbol of new beginnings; They installed the equipment to watch the movie Elsa and Fred, a comedy and romance movie. Pedro was a kind gentleman, receptive, cordial, the perfect guest.

The film developed as normal without major shocks. With many smiles that enlivened the evening. After the film they talked again and from there came the possibility of giving themselves another opportunity as a couple now that they met again, both more mature professionals and workers. They agreed to see each other and go out again to continue getting to know each other and meet again with the open possibility of becoming a couple again and making the phrase come true together forever.
