A picture is worth a thousand words - Lesson learnt from a flight
My 10 years of infidelity hunts me
My reckless youthful living
The countless abortions
The flirty life
Yes, it hunts me up till this day
Although I became born again 12 years ago in a church
Where I met my darling husband
The innocent being suffers
From my awful past sins
I deserve to die
This has been my thought for the umpteenth time
But then it flew past
Then it came again with vigour and might
Nature is here to comfort me
Telling me how patient it is while in flight
Explaining just how it endures just to find food
Analysing the pains it goes through to find water
Yeah, a body of water to quench it's thirst
Yet, the creator keeps feeding them
And it is ever grateful
With early morning humming sounds
If goose bird could teach this simple yet touching lesson on endurance
Then I'm willing to wait on the Lord in good faith
I'm sure he has forgiven my sins
And will give me my own children
