Hello my fellow agriculturists in the house, you remember the girl had made a promise in her previous post to return with the uses of oil palm products. As I had rightly stated in the previous post, all nature has provided is of great benefit to humanity and oil palm isn't an exception as all parts of it are used for one thing or the other. Let's get to find out how useful it really it, don't get tired out,I promise to be brief so we'll be done in a jiffy.

Uses of palm trunks, fronds and leaves

Palm trunks
✓The trunks are very useful in furniture making, some of our doors, tables, chairs, wooden wardrobes are products of oil palm trunks
✓The trunks too serve as bridges across waters or passage in water ways especially in rural areas yet to be developed, this is because they're strong enough to withstand pressure
✓The trunks are also used for building construction purposes and art creativity

Palm fronds

✓ Palm fronds are used for baskets and mat weaving and many other indoor/outdoors decorations

✓ Palm fronds are used to convey ideas and thoughts in many cultures, they also form significance of some kind of events

✓ Palm fronds are used to make thatch roofs and also serves as protective edges since they form temporary local made fences
