Thank you @minismallholding for your brilliant comments. I have leave it with the parent to see if the child will be in supportive of the environment or not.

My issue is not education but with the child's age, he is too tender to start school.

I don't know how it works for schools where you are, but here we have what we call kindergarten (Australia) or nursery school (Britain) and it's more play based learning despite the name. I would hope this would be similar to what he would be experiencing at such a tender age. Here, many parents send their children more for socialising, as formal education isn't compulsory at this age. I know different places have different compulsory ages for starting school. Do you have that in your country? Depending on the state, it's 5 or 6 years of age here and 5 in Britain.

The child is not up to 5 years nor 6 years old. The child is just 11 month old.
