Peaceful Thursday + Jueves apacible [Eng+Spa]
It is ending on Thursday, April 25. My record today is going to be a bit intimate. I usually make a record of the day that tends to comment more on one of the Ephemeris of History of each day than to talk about what is happening in my life offline.
The main reason for this way I keep track is that I tend to have an extremely calm #life, I carry things out as calmly as I can. And that means that I don't really have much news to tell each day.
Today, it is true that the day has been good and calm. But at least a couple of things happened that I would like to share. First, we are in a transition season in climate. I live in a tropical country, and until recently we were in the dry season (or season of little rain), but this morning, when looking out the balcony of the house, I found a panorama of fog that I did not expect.

Está terminando el jueves, 25 de abril. Mi registro del día de hoy va a ser un poco intimista. Suelo hacer un registro del día que tiende a comentar más sobre alguna de las Efemérides de la Historia de cada día que de hablar sobre lo que sucede en mi vida fuera de línea.
La razón primordial de esta forma en que llevo el registro es que suelo tener una #vida sumamente calmada, llevo las cosas con la mayor tranquilidad que puedo. Y eso hace que no tenga en realidad muchas novedades que contar en cada día.
Hoy, es cierto que el día ha sido bueno y tranquilo. Pero, cuando menos, pasaron un par de cosas que me gustaría compartir. Primero, estamos en una temporada de transición en el clima. Vivo en un país tropical, y hasta hace poco estábamos en la temporada seca (o temporada de poca lluvia), pero esta mañana, al ver por el balcón de la casa, me encontré con un panorama de neblina que no me lo esperaba.

La razón primordial de esta forma en que llevo el registro es que suelo tener una #vida sumamente calmada, llevo las cosas con la mayor tranquilidad que puedo. Y eso hace que no tenga en realidad muchas novedades que contar en cada día.
Hoy, es cierto que el día ha sido bueno y tranquilo. Pero, cuando menos, pasaron un par de cosas que me gustaría compartir. Primero, estamos en una temporada de transición en el clima. It happens that from my house you can see a mountain range that is very characteristic in the landscape of the nearby city. But today, you could barely see what was on the hill in front of my balcony, and there were no glimpses of the mountains at all. The weather is also a little cooler than a couple of weeks ago, it can even be considered a little cold, for being a tropical country and being at an altitude that barely exceeds 1200 meters above sea level.
Anyway, I enjoyed this a bit while we made coffee. And I also enjoyed the company of a new visitor to the house. It happens that a few days ago a small stray cat came to the house, we let him stay, and he has shown to be very affectionate. It's a cat's love, although I have to admit that our resident #cat, Vero, is not very fond of his presence. Our cat tolerates it only because he notices that we don't like him attacking him, but the little cat is a bit of a dummy and spends his time trying to get affection with Vero… That's pushing his luck too much.

Anyway, I enjoyed this a bit while we made coffee. And I also enjoyed the company of a new visitor to the house. It happens that a few days ago a small stray cat came to the house, we let him stay, and he has shown to be very affectionate. It's a cat's love, although I have to admit that our resident #cat, Vero, is not very fond of his presence. Sucede que desde mi casa se puede ver una cordillera de montañas que es muy característica en el paisaje de la ciudad cercana. Pero hoy, apenas se podía ver lo que había en la colina en frente de mi balcón, y no se vislumbraban las montañas para nada. El clima también está un poco más fresco que hace un par de semana, incluso se puede considerar que está un poco frío, para ser un país tropical y estar en una altitud que apenas pasa los 1200 metros sobre el nivel del mar.
Como sea, disfruté un poco de esto mientras preparábamos el café. Y también disfruté de la compañía de un visitante nuevo en la casa. Sucede que hace unos días llegó un pequeño gato callejero a la casa, le dejamos quedarse y ha mostrado ser muy cariñoso. Es un amor de gato, aunque he de admitir que nuestro #gato residente, Vero, no es muy afecto a su presencia. Nuestro gato lo tolera solamente porque nota que no nos gusta que lo ataque, pero el gato pequeño es un poco tonto y se la pasa tratando de hacerle cariño a Vero… Eso es tentar demasiado la suerte.

The kitten has settled in to live with us. At least for now. I guess he was wandering and got separated from his family. But since he is a stray cat, and I haven't seen any cats near my house, I'm curious where the little cat came from.
