It happens everywhere, but here in Belgium this is huge news these days!
Brussels, Gent, Antwerp, Hasselt, etc... All these Belgians are coming together on market places after collectively all the pubs and restaurants need to close at 1 AM. Very much mayhem was their part and police are now instructed to give everyone that is participating in such an event will be fined with 259 EUR
Sad story, but I give the people complete freedom and they do have complete reasoning to exercise their right to come out and celebrate!

This is a fundamental freedom right that was granted by the UN in 1984, in a declaration, in Paris. Seems that this Corona shit is actually violating any fundamental freedom right that we can imagine.
