Here is another day, hope you are doing better, as days moving forward so as sewing also moving forward, learning never stop too, i will like to share with you all about what i Gained yesterday through helping my Aunty to sew a sleeveless flair and trouser to her clients.

This is what kept me busy through out yesterday, i received a call from my Aunty asking me to come to her shop immediately, well i didn't insisted going there, i told her i will come after giving my baby food to eat, i wwnt to her shop later, i didn't know she wanted me to asist her in sewing, she said she's so exhausted, she had already finished with the cutting, as we all know that sewing depends on cutting, i was like going through the cutting so i will know were to started, i love helping her because each time i help her, i picked up things that i didn't know, gaining more knowledge form her helps me alot, even though she's been so harsh I'm teaching and that's her life style, being so harsh always, i just wanted to make a snaped on what she did but she didn't allowed me, shouting and talking other wise.

I just begged her to at least explain the cutting so i will be able to sew it properly, she didn't explained it properly but through my knowledge i understand some, she was using a brown paper to made the cutting.

Step 1

She started with the front side which is the breast paths, she folded the brown paper in to two places she measured out the shoulder and then measured up from the shoulder down to 6 inches were she will off the shoulder and from that place to the under burst then from under burst down to the half length, so after that she take the dart measurement, the width is 7 inches, so she divided her burst into four, and also divided her body into four, from there she have the shape and cut it out, for the upper neck which she off the 6 inches length, she used the 6 inches for the sleeveless single hand.

Step 2

After cutting out she placed the brown paper on the fabric and cut them out, so i went ahead and joined the breast paths which she have already cutting out, i i placed the breast paths on the fabric and pin it down, after that i joined the breast paths on the fabric together.

Step 3

I now prepared the flair by boxing them round and pin it after that i sew them down.

After finishing with the flair, i prepared the single hand roop and pined it down, so i used the lining and truned the neckline and the body.

After that i joined the flair together and the back side which my Aunty have already prepared and the outfit is ready to wear.

This is so beautiful, and the other side of the trouser, i only help her to joined the waist band and put in the lastic, i was like hiding myself to snaped all this pictures, hmmm if at all my Aunty catched me, hmmm sorry would have be my Name.
